This home was located in a great spot for the things that we wanted to do when in Albuquerque… Hot air, balloon ride, tram with hiking, and good restaurants! If you are able to overlook the creepy art on the walls and the carpet that desperately needs replacing, this is a decent spot. The pool was great, we had six very comfortable lounge chairs, but the chairs around the outside table need new seat cushions. The master bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of nice clean towels, but the kitchen could have used some plastic drinkware to use by the pool. The house is listed as a four bedroom home, but the fourth bedroom is actually a detached Casita, which was a surprise to us. It worked out fine, we just didn’t realize it. Jose was very attentive, answered our questions, and was a good host.

Beautiful home!! Exactly what we were looking for to gather with friends and family after my wedding. Jose was a good host and was super patient with us when my daughter forgot to leave a key. Grateful to have found this place!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Location was great - easy freeway access and close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet. House was fully stocked - plenty of towels, TP, soap, etc. We got a lot of use and fun out of the pool table! Overall a really great visit!

Wonderful property for the balloon festival.

Beautiful house, great location, and amazing pool and hot tub. Check in was a little challenging, but host was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommended this property for family visits/gatherings. Enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the pool and hot tub every day.

We enjoyed our weekend. Jose was very easy to contact with anything we needed. We would stay here again.

The house is beautiful with pool, spa, and pool table. Plenty of towels to use for shower and the pool. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook with. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you host.

Property not as advertised. The pool wasn’t open. The spa didn’t work and we were not giving information on how to find pool / spa controls. We had to hunt all over for them. Someone enter the area and uncovered the pool the third day without informing us. Pool cues for pool table broken. Opened food in pantry. Garage door opener didn’t work every time. Beautiful property needs to be maintained properly.

Jose has a beautiful place! The house was very clean and had everything we need. Jose was very easy to get ahold of and extremely accommodating to our requests. We would definitely recommend his place and hope to be back again someday!

Accommodations were good with open space design including various amenities. It was great having access to all the cable channels. Short trip so didn’t use the pool nor hot tube. Kinda cold. Internal home furnishing were a bit worn and outdated. One bedroom was a mini suite w/ private entrance & bath.

If you want to see balloons, this is the property. Even if the wind isn't perfect you will see balloons, but when the wind IS perfect... the balloons were so close you can hear the pilots firing the burners and can wave to the crews. We sat in the hot tub and enjoyed hundreds of balloons in all directions. The drive to balloon park was no more than 15 minutes in light traffic (morning session). Jose was easy to communicate with however there was conflicting information regarding check-in, but I feel if we would have verbally confirmed gate code and address instead of solely relying on written information this would have been easily remedied. The house was beautiful and all the important parts were well cleaned. Excellent heated pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this location.

This is a great place for family! My mom is 89 and there are 6 siblings, spouses, 19 grandchildren and spouses and 10 great grandchildren. We spent the day at the pool and it was the best time ever! Thank you Jose!

This property is fantastic. The living and bedroom spaces are great for any size group. The pool area is terrific. Communication with the property owner throughout is top notch. I would highly recommend this home while visiting ABQ.
