Overall a great experience

I met my extended family at this beautiful house and was so happy with the experience. My son asked me to tell the owner how beautiful the “mansion” was. The pool was was perfect - we spent 5 hours one day in the hot sun. We were having too much fun. The owners were so lovely and responsive to our questions. We couldn’t ask for better hosts!!! You will not regret booking this house - you will want to come again.

The house is beyond beautiful…but the owners are amazing! They were easily available to us for any of our questions or needs, yet respected the group dynamic and did not come over…although we were happy to say goodbye to them in the driveway! It was a wonderful trip! Everyone in our party were so blessed and grateful for this magical stay!!

Such a wonderful stay at Christie and John’s beautiful home! Owners very responsive to our needs and questions and home is very spacious. Super clean and communication very thorough. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Wished we had more time to spend at their fabulous pool backyard area! Thanks to you and your family Christie and John!

We enjoyed the property - pool was too cold the first week of May to really use more than a dip but appreciated the choice, only one lounge chair. The owners do live in half the house although we didn’t really notice other than coming and going and you have to ask to do laundry as it’s shared with them. This is a nice house on a big lot quiet neighborhood but for 3 couples and a single the bedroom configuration was a bit awkward as one of the bedrooms is actually the master bedroom closet which there is a door to the closet but it is semi open to the master bedroom so either the person in there has to go outside to the downstairs bathroom or into the master area. Also there is no where else to hang clothes I. The master except the “bedroom”. Also note the master is on the 2nd floor and an elderly couple was going to come and that wouldn’t have worked well for them. Had some issues getting the hot tub at the right temp and owners were gracious and brought us breakfast but was a downer several days. Several things were in need of repair and the coffee make being the largest annoyance even if they provided a keurig and pods. When 7 are staying individual pods with mostly weird flavors was not as expected. Kitchen was lovely though and had everything needed to cook a meal with spices etc if needed. We did sleep really well on the master bed and linens were nice Overall it’s a nice place could use a little extra attention to small details but for the price it was a good stay

Great property in north Albuquerque. Huge kitchen area and wonderful outdoor space with a pool and hot tub. Owners do live on the property but are in a separate space and kept to themselves unless we needed them. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Great view of the hot air balloons during the ballon fiesta. The location is also very close to balloon fiesta park.

We came in town for a family wedding but also wanted it to feel like a vacation. The location, view, pool and house did not disappoint. The owners were so sweet and even left little treats for us upon arrival. They were great communicators and we didn’t even remember that they also lived on site. It felt like our own vacation home. Best trip for our family.

What a LOVELY home! We gathered as family in ABQ, and this house was our central gathering place. The house is beautiful, well cared for, and the owners are lovely and gracious. Hope I can stay there again!

We spent a week at the property and had a great time. Ron and Christie were wonderful hosts and were available for any needs. The property is amazing and we especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and basketball courts. The views are spectacular and we were able to witness some amazing sunsets and lightning storms from the balcony. We hope to do it again next year!!

Overall, it is excellent and we were very, very happy with the property. The owners even brought an Aerobed for some kids to use so we didnt have to be in the same room.

easy to communicate with owners and receive help with wifi or pool questions. Nice space for 10 of us, with kids sharing a space so they could go to bed without noise of adults keeping them up. comfortable beds, good usable kitchen, and pool area.

Location was near I-25 which made it easy to travel to Santa Fe or Old Town, etc. Grocery stores within 5 min. Property was absolutely beautiful. Pictures on VRBO are accurate but fail to capture the full ambiance of the home. We had space to chill or space to gather. Top notch.

The property has a pool, cornhole game, basketball and a wonderful outside area to socialize. There were only two bathrooms however the property was worth the inconvenience. It was great!

We enjoyed the house so beautiful & lots of space. We made lots of memories, we took lots of pictures. Only thing that didnt like was that we had to go out & wash our clothes. When we booked it, it said washer & dryer( but didn’t say 2 hours only to wash & dry), when asked if we could wash, we could only wash from 10 am til 12 noon. Also when we booked it, it didnt mentioned the owners lived on 1 side of the house, that info came when we were going to arrive. They didn’t bother us, it would of been nice to know all this upfront. We still had a good time. Thank you again

Christie and Ron were warm, friendly and responsive. Their living space is attached, but they were never in the rental space and were extremely respectful. The home was spotless clean with plenty of common room. When we needed to do laundry they gave us immediate access.

My family stayed at Ron and Christies with a few other friends with their young families and our weekend was extremely relaxing. The house was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities. The backyard seen was peaceful and had a great view of the mountains. I'd love to stay with RC again

Christie and Ron were the most amazing hosts you could have. Their house is absolutely beautiful and they made our stay one of the most memorable ever. New Mexico is so beautiful and the weather was perfect. I hope we get the chance to visit again. Thank you both so much!
