Clean tidy spacios room. Perfect stay. Staff is excellent and friendly. I must admire Lovely Imdad, Imran and nowfar . You will never feel unsafe during your stay there. I will always go there on my next visits. I felt like im home.

Very nice, clean hotel. Has an awesome rooftop with view of the ocean. The staff was very nice and helfpful. Rooms spacious and bathroom clean with a hot shower.

This is my second stay here. I came back because it was great the first time. This stay was even better. Imdad made sure I had everything I needed. He let me choose my room and even arranged my train ticket for the next day. After a long journey it was wonderful to be so well looked after and to feel so comfortable. The legendary barefoot cafe is just across the street too. I will definitely be back.

The location is perfect, just 5-10 minutes in tuktuk to all the touristic places in Colombo. The bed is confortable and the room is clean. The staff is really friendly, they helped us what everything we needed

The bathroom is not as big as I would like, but it is ok for one or two nights in Colombo

Everything I needed was there. Even though it's located in the city, there is no noticeable noise.

The rooms are small. But considering the space they have, they did a good job on organizing everything.

Bathu was too small and had no mirror in. Had to come out for shaving where a small mirro was hang on wall. Entrance does not like a hotel entrance.t

My family and I stayed for 1 week, the staff were absolutely amazing (Mohammad especially, such a wonderfully helpful person) The 2 doormen (I forgot their names) were both very friendly and always helped if we needed anything too. All a huge credit to this hotel! Clean place and with perfectly working facilities and showers with great shower pressure too (which is refreshing and needed in the Sri Lankan heat!) I would definitely recommend this place if you need somewhere reasonably priced close to central Colombo. They provided us with plenty of water and candles to cope during the national power outages that Sri Lanka was experiencing during our visit and always checked that we were comfortable during the blackouts.

They didn't have a working power generator during the national power cuts which isn't entirely their fault due to diesel shortages in Sri Lanka at the time of my visit. Also there was some contruction going on downstairs which was noisy at times but the staff spoke to the workers and they stopped after we complained so that we could sleep.

Haq assisted us with pre-arrival, Imdad assisted us on all our inquiries. All the staff who work here are great assets to the company. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for business & leisure travelers.

First of all, my room had a really bad smell. Absolutely hated that smell. I didn't like the fact that the hotel isn't actually an entire building. Instead, it's just a floor inside a building which has other offices. I feel like it was a lot of money considering the cons I had faced. So, I had to check-out really early.

The room was lovely. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the decor! The staff are so kind and caring and are always there for any queries or help you may need! Great location too!
