We spent a lot of time on the lanai looking over the pond and observing the wildlife.

Great spot with a nice balcony view of the pond. Very peaceful setting to relax in. Nice extras such as bikes to ride and tennis courts.

Enjoyed our stay -- even after Hirricane Ian, Bonita Bay was still beautiful. The condo is very comfoortable and Amy is easy to work with. Had trouble with the initial entry to the Bonita Bay Front Gate not having our info -- but this has happened to us before and Amy was able to clear it up.

Amazing stay! Loved the location, the screen porch was lovely in the evening. Highly recommend!

We were very happy to have a lovely and peaceful place to stay while in Bonita for the very sad discovery that our moms place wasn't salvageable due to Ian's destruction. It was a busy and emotional week trying to salvage what we could. Amy was a wonderful host and responded to all inquiries very quickly. Their condo is very nice and we'd love to stay there again while actually vacationing.

Usually our beach trips are to the FL panhandle area, and a condo or house directly on the beach. This was so much better. Bonita Bay is an upscale, gated community with various sections from private homes to condos. Everything is perfectly-maintained and it was very quiet. (June was their off-season.) The condo was lovely, but in all honesty we were rarely inside. We spent most of our time at the beach or on the patio (lanai). Both were picturesque. The beach area was just a short drive away, plenty of parking, and a very short walk to our chairs and umbrella each day. And because we rinsed off at the beach and drove back, we didn’t end up bringing sand in the condo. No sweeping! We found a lovely Italian gourmet market nearby and picked up wraps, salads, pizza, breakfast items, desserts, and coffee there throughout the week. Ate at restaurants a few items. Never cooked a single meal. The condo had beach towels, ice chests, picnic-type basket. We didn’t have to buy anything except sunscreen, It was my favorite beach vacation ever, and I highly recommend Bonita Bay.

The condo was clean and close to shopping and restaurants. Amy was quick to respond to address an issue with checking in, when we first arrived,. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Amy.

We had a great stay. It was very relaxing and a very nice unit. We've stayed in Wild Pines several time before and this spot had the best view of the pond and green space from the lanai.

Wonderful location in beautiful Bonita Bay! The highlight of this vacation rental is surely the spacious screened and furnished balcony, patio, porch, lanai ... whatever you want to call it, with a fantastic lake and wildlife view. Indeed, it is so tranquil, you could easily spend your whole vacation just lounging there. Of course, you shouldn't, as the area has so much more to offer and this rental also provides you access to the private Bonita Bay community with so much nature preserve, it could be its own state park.

Amy was great to correspond with and has done an excellent job of providing a well-equipped unit! When we booked her condo, we knew that there were amenities outside of the unit but we had no idea that we would be in the midst of a multi-million dollar resort. It has so much to offer and has been excellently maintained. It is tucked away like a hidden gem but very convenient to everything. Amy was very responsive to the questions that we had when we arrived and was always pleasant to deal with. The condo lanai is a very special place….it was sometimes a struggle for us to get up from the comfort of the lanai and be productive because we so enjoyed the serenity of the lake and all of the surrounding nature sounds. The Wild Pines community is also nice because it has its own pool, grills and tennis courts. If you love to sunbathe, you may want to stake your poolside claim early…we were often there between 930 and 10 in the morning and it wasn’t long until we had lots of friends surrounding us. You will not regret your stay there!

Very comfortable condo with a fabulous view from LR and Master Bedroom of a lake and surrounding trees. Nicely decorated large balcony with comfy chairs plus table for outdoor reading and eating. Will definitely return.

We have stayed in WP many times and this unit is, by far, the best one yet. Decor, cleanliness, location and supplies are great. Great week in our favorite place for winter respite! Thank you Amy 👏👏😊

The place was wonderful and had everything we needed and more! We loved the patio overlooking the lake. The beach area was our favorite! Amy was very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions promptly. The information provided on the surrounding area was very organized and helpful. I would stay there again for sure!

The place needs a little attention. bathroom was broken, the guest bedroom light didn't work. The ice maker was broken. The bed was very comfortable. And also the living room. The checkout wants you to was all the linens or there will be an extra charge. Which is unusual. I normally just need to strip the linens. How can they be sure they were washed. The host was very responsive and way to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wild Pines. The property was spacious for the four of us and the large screened porch was a great place for morning coffee and evening wine. Bonita Bay is gorgeous. We visited the private beach and the pool. There is plenty to do nearby as well. We shopped in Coconut Point (5 mins away) and dined at the nearby restaurants. We’d happily come back for another stay.

My kids and I loved staying at this property on Bonita Bay premises . The area feels safe and is very clean and beautiful , with lush green surroundings to bike through (2 bikes included with rental , which is such a nice addition to the rental ) Bonita Bay has several parks and a marina. We had our own private beach access with chairs and umbrellas -great to have as a visitor and not having have to buy an umbrella . There are many great places to eat that are very close to the apartment . Grocery store is just across the street . The kitchen is fully equipped as well . Amy was a great communicator :)

What a beautiful condo in such a perfect location. There were a few hiccups upon arrival - main TV didn’t work and the lights in the master bathroom didn’t work. I managed to fix the lights and Amy was more than accommodating in fixing the TV issue and I couldn’t have been more grateful. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty when we got them out to use - but that’s of no fault of Amy’s. We would have washed them before use anyway. We had such a wonderful time in this condo and would definitely stay again. Thank you again Amy and John for sharing your home with us!

Once we became acclimated to the area, we realized how the location was perfect for us. Unit is close to main gate, with easy access to groceries, retail and restaurants. Private beach was wonderful with chairs and umbrellas ready for us. Ft Myers and Naples are an easy drive. The lanai was wonderful for morning coffee. The owners have the condo well stocked, and we loved having a washer and dryer. Furniture could use some updating, but it’s functional. We highly recommend staying here!

The place is very cute and clean and in a good location. We had a few hiccups getting the correct parking permit from the front office m, but Amy was very responsive and contacted the office right away to get the issue corrected. Would definitely stay here again!

For my wife and myself it was the perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway...we used this time to look for a place to live in Florida...centrally location easy to get around..fantastic beach access...

The condo was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could possible need. The lanai view is so relaxing you will live out there watching the birds and turtles around the lake. The private beach is beautiful and comes with chairs and umbrellas. All kinds of restaurants within a mile or two. We would come back again if we weren’t moving to FL.
