the food was great and the rotation of eating was unexpected.

it can use a little paint update to make it feel a taken care of. and because there is no internet the music can use also an update.

The nature around the hotel was nice, totally green.

The location is very complicated and hard to find. The road to the hotel was incredible bad and the taxi driver cheated us by charging much more than it should be. The hotel is called ecofinca but they are using plastic glasses for every drink. The food was okay but they don't serve any juice ( you should pay extra )even though we pay for the meal. The market inside the restaurant does not have a variety of snack and there is nowhere around to buy any stuff. They turn off all the lights at night and you get your dinner almost in dark, no light, no music, for me it was not a relaxing concept and i felt like we should go to our room . We even couldn't play cards or other games due to the darkness. Besides this, no wifi, no signal. you should definitely let your family, friends that they will not be able to reach you anyway. And i was bited by some insects or mosquitos i am not sure what they were ( in the garden most probably ) even though I used repellent, and i suffered from terrible itch almost for 10 days.

The atmosphere and the nature

They don't receive any kind of payment, only cash.

Pool. Garden. Common areas.

Tired rooms. Old and shabby bathrooms. Noisy ceiling fans.

The common areas are very beautiful plenty of nature. The pool area is nice and surrounded by trees and palms. Pretty.

The breakfast was very poor. Only one time they served cheese but It was spoiled. They offer only a half slice and one small piece bread per person and it was old and hard. The coffee did not have milk only powder milk. Another day they offered a portion of fruits with one or two pieces of fruits very poor and the waiter apologized as they run out of fruit that day. The cleaning of the room was also insufficient. They only make the beds and pick up the trash. No cleaning of the bathroom neither provided toiletries, and never change the towels. We have to ask them to clean the bathroom and provide soap and toilet paper.
