Owner of the property was very welcoming and pleasant

The room was not cleaned after the first day, towels were not changed, bed not made etc. We asked for this to be done but were told they would not do it and would prefer to return our payment for the next day, which they did. This is not a hotel. It is a lodging house in a rather awkward location accessed via many steps. There is no breakfast or food. Parking has to be done remotely meaning bags lifted over many steps. The wifi did not work for our stay and other guests complained. The gentleman who the owner left in charge who seemed to be unfamiliar with the concept of customer service.

Safed is a holy place. Beautiful and full of dignity. The location of the hotel is perfect for starting walks in the City.

The underfloor heating was a blessing on the day we spent there. The Hammam was great, and the entire space was magical.

Beautiful rooms conveniently located.

There are lots of steps. This is Tzfat. Hard for people with mobility isues.
