La atención del staff fue genial, excelentes personas que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Si bien el lugar no esta en el centro (este esta a solo unas cuadras), se valora mas la tranquilidad y las noches super estrelladas que se pueden disfrutar. 10/10.

This place instantly feels like home - we were gutted we only had a short time staying there. The owner and all of the staff are super friendly and had loads of recommendations. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is a great touch in the morning before a long day of walking.
I loved all the small areas dotted around the house to chill out and look at the view/read a book/ do some yoga. This is a must stay if you are in the area!

Het is een super mooie locatie en het personeel is enorm aardig en behulpzaam en kan je goed informeren over wat er te doen is in de buurt en bijv de bustijden
Jammer dat we geen handdoeken kregen, en het ontbijt is wel erg simpel. We hebben de dag erna zelf wat fruit, yoghurt en een avocado gekocht, en dan is het ontbijt prima.

El desayuno podría ser mejor. Tuvimos que comprar para complementarlo (no tenía cosas basicas que usualmente tienen los lugares que tienen desayuno incluído, como huevos o jamón).

Friendly, welcoming. Beautiful views. Great communal space and open design. Minutes from town, but a sense of being in the countryside.
Breakfast included is minimal - not quite enough to prepare for a day’s walking etc.

We really enjoyed this place. It’s very comfortable with lots of space to spread out. Staff was outstanding as well. We highly recommend and will return if ever in the area!

Very high standard hostel. The place is well designed with wood, the showers are the best I've had in Chile. The owners are great hosts, the atmosphere is calm and allowed for interesting talks, and the view was spectacular. Just go :)

Really impressive building with lovely views and comfortable rooms, and lots of little nooks to relax. Tasty breakfast and really friendly staff happy to help out with whatever we needed.
We didn't realise there was no lock on the door (there was a loop to attach a padlock, but we didn't bring one) but Futa is a tiny town and felt really safe, so it wasn't an issue

Grate atmosfer, beautiful location ,grate value for the price
Don't try to go to sleep before 11 pm ,noise ,if someone sleeps above your room you can hear the footsteps and toilet flushing

Nancy was a great host and her staff worked well. Large group was leaving starting at 4:10 AM there was a ridiculous amount of noise for an hour. Night was cool so interior was pretty chilly in the morning.

Beautiful building and setting, and run by lovely people! Simple breakfast included which is a bonus.
As building is wooden and open, noise tends to travel and noise cut-off is 11.30pm so wouldn’t recommend if you are noise sensitive or prefer early nights. However rooms are cosy and comfortable so we didn’t really notice!

An unusual architecture with huge open spaces, rustic ambiance and incredible views. Very friendly and cheerful staff with good English skills
The large common room is great for socializing for those so inclined, but there is little noise insulation and our bedroom didn’t offer any quiet until the last guests retired (around midnight)

The space is very open and welcoming, feels like a home away from home. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in booking an awesome rafting trip.
Our room on the third floor was very hot and the room could use a fan.

EVERYTHING. Nathan, Nancy and the rest of the staff we're all exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was beautiful and the beds, even the beds were good! That's rare.
The only thing we can think of is a lack of hangers for the towls to dry them up. That's about it, everything else was phenomenal.

Unique building design offering stunning views across the surrounding mountains. Owners and staff super friendly and helpful providing useful advice on Futaleufu activities and amenities. Most enjoyable stay.

Loved the cozy vibe of the hostel, the mountain views from every room, and the unparalleled hospitality. The owners and staff are wonderful and helped me set up rafting trips and pick out good hikes to do! Highly recommend staying here.
