Красиво, чисто, спокойно, персонала беше прекрасен, всичко беше на ниво! :)

Закуската е една от най-добрите на които сме попадали в България! Перфектно измислено! Храната в ресторанта е на много високо ниво - перфектни цени! Отидох предимно заради риболова, убособено е чудесно!

Две големи забележки. Хубаво е стаите да се почистват по старателно и да се пуска прахосмукачка! Прекалено свободен достъп за външни лица - контрол за влизане и излизане от комплекса тотално отсъства!

Най-много ни хареса чистотата, спокойствието и вкусната храна. Отношението на целия персонал е на високо ниво и се грижат за почивката на всеки гост. Джакузито, което е на разположение на стандартните къщи, беше почистено и готово за ползване по всяко време, а стаите бяха оборудвани с всичко необходимо.

Няма нещо, което да не ни е харесало.

Lovely staff, lovely houses, delicious food. Such a relaxing place!

The house looks exactly like at the picture in Booking: it's nice and very clean with the small kitchenet and nice porch on the first floor and comfortable bedroom on the second floor. The in site restaurant serves good choice for breakfast and dinner , better and more stylish than some other ,high rated, restaurants in the town. All in all it's very nice place to relax

It would be nice to get some information ( brochure ) about the place and trekking options nearby

The houses were great, really comfortable and quiet. The view from the balcony was perfect. We used the lakebike and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was served and had quite a few choices. The children loved the trampoline.

It would be nice if the staff at the cafe could speak a bit of english, so we could communicate what we wanted. Not a huge issue though.

Nice comfortable houses right on the lake. The big waterfront terrace is a plus. The (heated) pool is also very nice next to the lake. Reception and cleaning staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

The staff in the restaurant was super amaturistic and did not bother to try to be friendly or even smile. The temperature of the hot water in the shower was dangerously hot. Watch out!
