Breakfast was great. Waiter Teruis was very helpful.

Distance to Venezia too far! Have to take bus to the terminal. Then wait. Thennhop on another bus for journey that takes another 1 hour 20 minutes.

The staff - each and every single member - was very friendly and accommodating. The meals were always very good and there's something for everyone with a good selection throughout the week ranging from pasta, seafood, meat, etc. Rooms were kept clean and the location is great - within 100m of basically everything you'd need - supermarket, pharmacy, beach, main walking street. We were also there with a 2yo and everyone went out of their way to make sure he'd enjoy his stay. Overall, we plan on recommending this hotel to the people we know (and those we don't).

Location was perfect, at the beach with personal sunbeds (which were included) Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free bikes available.

Door to balcony did not shut perfectly. Sound from the room/hallway was noticable. Not from other rooms to each other tho. We could hear the cleaning ladies talking in the hallway early in the morning (for one day only)

The hotel has a good restaurant with very professional and attentive staff.

We were denied use the private beach of the hotel on arrival day. They said we should have booked a place on the beach one day before the arrival. The first day of our vacation was ruined. We used the beach in the following days. At check-out, they said we have to pay extra fee for using the hotel's beach: 10 Euro per day. Ok, we paid and got receipt of payment. Our payment for using the hotel's beach was included as "Servizio Ristorante (restaurant service?!)" into our receipt of payment. I think it might interest the external auditor, especially since it is the case at the beach resort Jesolo, were using hotel's beach is included in the price of rooms in all other hotels. The room size of "Double or Twin Room with Sea View" specified of 14 m2. Our room, actually, was ca 10 m2. WiFi and air conditioner were out of order for the entire week. Bed linen hasn't changed all week.

2* hotel with a 5* service! Exceptionally friendly staff, ready to help with every question or problem, location is brilliant, no charge for a dog, freshly baked croissants every morning, it is really a very nice place to stay for a little money

Very good staff, they were always helpfull and polite. Good breakfst and food. Room was enough big including air condition and ventillation. No noise during the nights. Calm area, very close to the beach. I can offer for everybody.

Nothing special. Maybe I can mention wifi, which was not always (poor) available in the room.
