The view from the 6th floor in a heart of the city it’s lovely! Good location to the old town, restaurants, shops and shopping centres.

If you are not a fan of a noise of busy streets you may hear it as the windows aren’t noise proof. New shower head would be beneficial as the current one it’s leaking and the lime scale is blocking the water.

Location is good.

The apartment itself wasn’t bad, but photos didn’t neatly match the actual apartment, so we feel kinda scammed, as it wasn’t cheap, so value for money is not worth it.

Worst apartment hotel I have ever stayed

I really liked the location, it was close to the market square, shopping mall, and public communication. I liked the balcony in the room.

I didn't like the stay because the room and all corridors smelled like cigarettes. There were waves of smell coming from vents and the corridors stank as if somebody would just smoke there. They gave us rags instead of towels! They were partially torn or with holes. They use smart locks at the door and ours didn't work. We received the backup code that worked but check-in was uncomfortable and took a long time. They close the reception desk and LOCK the main door AT NIGHT and didn't inform us about it. I return to the hotel at 1 AM and couldn't get in. No code was provided or alternative door. Fortunately, my travel partner was in the room and I was able to wake him up to let me in via entry phone. Imagine if he didn't wake up...

Clean and modern appartment. Good location close to the old town.

The host does not reply to messages sent via the booking app. Their booking system is not well integrated in booking app. It requires additional registration and payment in separate system which takes some extra time and is annoying. I requested a parking lot the day before but didn't receive any reply. When I called the same day, no parking was available. We ended up in a garage far away at additional high cost and there is not drop off zone near the appartment. Some broken stuff, e.g. bed lamp.

Location was the only decent thing

Toilet seat dirty and broken. Staff were rude. Booked double bed and were given two single beds. Bed sheets were dirty and room had a lot of wear and tear (as in when you drunk, wear and tear). Will not recommend.

Location is really good. It is at the center of the town.

there was not enough table ware, walls and curtains not clean. It was really dissapointing. The photos were not of the apartment we stayed in. If I knew apartment would be such worn out, I would choose more expensive, but other apartment. It was upleasant stay.

A bit of a corporate Apart Hotel, loads of units in modern block on main road. We booked a deluxe/superior room, supposedly, but it seemed a bit random, nothing special about our room (78). Instructions on how to self check in only arrived a little while before we arrived, and went to reception only to be told room stay locked until 15:00 check in. Overlooked main road but pretty good glazing and the noise didn't disturb provided window kept closed. Had washing machine and a clothes airer. Microwave and small hob but no kettle. Minimal crockery and pans. Bed a bit basic. Weird taps, and the one for the shower continued to run the bath as well, even after following instructions taped to wall. Room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

Could have been cleaner. On arrival the toilet hadn't been flushed, we had to clean the mugs, and picked up clumps of dark hair from the floor. The floor hadnt been swept thoroughly, there were crumbs etc.. Bed very basic with small pillows. No kettle, no sink plugs. Not sure why it needed a dishwasher when there were only two bowls (one chipped), 2 plates, 2 mugs, 2 sets of crockery etc so no chance of a full load.

bathroom sink was blocked soon as you turned on the tap the sink was full of water, took a while for it to go down. loud draft coming from ventilator 24/7 couldn’t sleep properly

Top position in front of main gallery and few minutes from central square.

Very bad smell coming from bathroom. Sink in bathroom didn't drain well. Flat not warm and hair dryer missing.

the location and the kitchenette were the only good things about this stay

the reception girl was rude and with an attitude. we felt unwelcome and intimidated to ask questions about the parking, key etc. she we rolling her eyes, sighing etc. the rest of the receptionists were way more professional. about the flat: there was a hole in the wall behind the bed, next to the socket, where we could feel the cold air coming through. the beds were really used and not comfortable. but the bathroom was good and warm.

I booked a superior studio but received a standard or low quality studio. The studio I got was not among the example photos of the appartements offered by the agency. Once reported at the reception, my request was totally ignored (stating sorry we are full). It was not really worth 120€/night. In addition there is an issue with ventilation system in the building (it was terribly noisy- only got it temporary fixed next morning- I couldn’t sleep the whole night before). Finally, the appointment needs refurbishment. Not so clean neither.

garage, even if had to change pilot for it 3 times, as each time was getting with a dead battery or not correct one

broken shower, full of mold; curtains holder broken, hole in the wall, lack of light bulbs and light, somebody's hair on the bed sheets, hotel charged my card 25% more and person whom I informed didn't want to admit it ... hotel was pushing to not give money back, proposing voucher for stay when I clearly asked for money return. still didn't receive it. exhausting and not nice communication with hotel.

The location is perfect, also we liked the style and big windows looking at the city.

There were hair of other people all around, especially on the towels. That was super disgusting. Plus the linen wasn’t comfortable for two people.
