Exceptional location, everything is around, handy and close to downtown and airport.

Only location because there is a metro station next the residence and a food shop.

1. The staff was absolutely rude. The first day when we arrived we wanted to use our reserved parking spot, there was construction which is not able to be predicted but afterwards, we were not able to use the private parking because everything was taken from other cars. So even we chosen the residence because of their private parking and we followed their instructions in advance to make a reservation, we had to park outside. I tried to explain the situation that we rely on the private parking but the staff answer if we don’t like the situation we can leave. It is impossible to arrange something else in the last minute because we traveled from Bulgaria. 2. The warm water stopped everyday even at the last one where we had to check-out. We politely explain the situation that we need to take showers before we leave and because of waiting the warm water we should make check-out a bit later… the staff said that it is impossible because they had another reservation. So, you can imagine how fast should we be in order to take a shower for two couples for one hour and a half. 3. Last but not least they just wanted to receive the payment of our stay and nothing more from their perspective as a service and working for customer satisfaction.

We stayed in a two-bedroom appartment with two balconies and two bathrooms on the 12th floor. Fast and easy self check-in and check-out as we received the instructions by WhatsApp. The appartment was very spacious. The view was nice. The location was very good as the closest metro station is 5 minutes away. A private parking place was provided. Everything was provided according to the booking. There are several cafes and a big supermarket. Good place for families with kids.

Only a few remarks - some of the parts of the furniture need to be fixed. And the ventilation in the second bathroom was not working.

More cooking pots and pans would be ideal, kitchen and hall furniture needs immediate fix.

When I booked the apartment it was advertised there is free parking,when I get there and asked where is the parking space I was told there is 9 parking spaces for 25flats first come first served basis.you never find a parking space if you get there after 4-5pm .We had to pay for the carpark 25ron /day like 3-400 metres from the residence. I chose this over other hotels because this had the free parking. Not gonna book again because I feel scammed with this trick.

Big apartment, good location, very good price to quality ratio.

Checkout time was 12PM, cleaners entered the apartment before 12, without calling. Our things we’re still in the apartment. Very unprofessional

The building is very secure and the location is good, with a lot of shops. The view is great, the apartment is spacious and cozy. Beds are comfortable and the property feels and looks modern.

The property was clean, but not very well maintained, there were things that need fixing or replacing. There were no cleaning utensils provided (broom, mop etc) so the property is best enjoyed for a short stay only.

The apartment needs maintenance. The mattress in the second bedroom is not so good. The towels need to be replaced.

The apartment is big, near the metro. The BB located in Hitech place below are restaurants.

The bed is uncomfortable, the kitchen was very dirty and the floor like no body clean it before.

we really liked the apartment. it’s spacious, has everything you need for longer stays and it’s close to many companies if you’re traveling for work

it would be better if they send you all of the instructions via what’sapp before arriving there. she gave me so much information about the parking lots, the building, floor and apartment number and I couldn’t remember it after 5-6 hours of driving. so just a tip: send all of the check in information on the day of arrival. it would be much easier than saying it on a call.

We had a breakfast in Starbucks at the ground level and the block was really modern.

To stay in the middle with other blocks with offices that are seeing your flat, but is also a quite common way in the big metropolis.
