המלון היחידי בטיול שלנו ברומניה שביקש תוספת מחיר על צ'ק אין מוקדם ( כשעתיים), למרות שהחדר היה זמין! צעקות וטריקת דלתות של מספר חדרים בקומה שלנו שהעירו אותנו ב 2 לפנות בוקר

Formidable hôtel. Très bien situé. Dans un quartier animé et à proximité de bus et du metro. Excellent confort et des prestations de haut niveau. Un très bon petit déjeuner. La salle de sport et la piscine sont très bien aménagées.la piscine extérieure est très agréable.

Oplysningerne i forbindelse med svømning. Vi købte badehætter, som vi ikke kunne få refunderet, fordi vi ikke fik oplyst de var gratis, når man var gæst på hotellet.

There is much to like about the hotel. It has a welcoming staff, excellent facilities on the ground floor, three restaurants, a great lounge/bar area, and a spa. The outdoor pool area is outstanding—I do not know of any other such in Bucharest! The hotel's location is perfect. I am in Bucharest to work, but I also enjoy walking out and going straight to excellent restaurants and bars.

Staff was amazing. Facilities were top notch and everything in the hotel was very modern and clean.

Pillows did not agree with me and the tub needed convincing to drain.

Upon arrival, Cristian was outstanding and helped us make our stay even better. He should be praised for his customer care skills, such a gem. The lounge on the 8th floor is very relaxing, and the service is attentive. Lovely wine. The room was just perfect, spotlessly clean, bed extremely comfortable, fab amenities.

We booked for dinner at the Japanese restaurant, and we had to leave as they could not cater for gluten intolerance which I found unbelievable as sushi rice should not come with soya sauce with wheat mixed in it. Rice is naturally gluten-free ! Anyway, it then took us another 15 minutes to find one of the restaurants with something for me to eat due to my intolerance to gluten and lactose. I would not have expected this annoyance from a 5*establishment. The outdoor pool doesn’t seem to be part of the hotel anymore. Cannot pay by the hour, minimum half a day for 400 lei, ludicrous price for Romania.

Парковка 🅿️ Ужасно пыльно в номерах! Плохая уборка! Мусор с номера два дня не выносили 🙈 Точно также вещи в химчистку 🙈 - допроситься не реально! Бар пополнять вообще забывают! Резюме- бегаешь за всеми с кнутом и рассказываешь, что нужно сделать!

clean, spacious room, excellent breakfast and location

there is no spa as declared. You have access to PUBLIC gym and indoor pool, that even has no chair to seat. Small sauna only in changing room, so you can't go there with family. Outdoor pool is for extra price and also without spa/massage etc.

L’accueil glacial a été très décevant par rapport aux commentaires qui laissaient à penser à un établissement au service 5 étoiles irréprochable. La chambre était vétuste : chaise de bureau râpée, bureau abîmé, climatisation vétuste. Mais le point le plus décevant fut la piscine extérieure que vous voyez en photo. Attention même si elle est située au sein de l’hôtel, elle n’en fait pas partie malgré les photos qui font croire le contraire. L’accès à cette piscine est payant et son prix exorbitant malgré le discount proposé par l’hôtel : 42 euros pour une arrivée à 17h pour se rafraîchir 1 heure après avec un long vol. Pour une journée complète il faudra compter 60 euros. En résumé mauvaise expérience et hôtel pas à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles tant par l’accueil du personnel que par les infrastructures.

The hotel has luxurious feel, rooms have decent size and very clean, whatever you need is there, and the service is very good. Spa is good (although I haven’t used this time, but I have been a year ago) breakfast is good both international a local cuisine. It’s my first visit with the family, and next time we’ll be in Bucharest we will most likely come again.

We came late and the hotel forgot to set the bed for our small boy and gave a room with a strong smoke odor, but Mohammad from the desk quickly rectify the situation and we were happy with the stay from that moment.

לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר במלון. היחס של הצוות היה מעולה. החליפו לנו חדר כשלא רצינו אמבטיה, אלא טוש. נתנו לנו חדר חילופי חינם, ביום הטיסה הביתה, אחרי שעת הצ'ק אאוט.

I adore this place and would definitely give it the long stay it deserve soon…

The location is great and the best plus the facilities of the hotel are good.

The cleaning and house keeping were not at all to 5 starts hotel although we had highlighted this to them from next day we arrived but still didn't get corrected.

The regular warm welcome and personal service from doorman/valet Gabriel, which is 90% of the reason we stay at the Radisson on Bucharest business trips.

Business lounge needs a wider menu and should have some light snacks throughout the day.

Nice place to stay in Bucharest. They told me they've upgraded my room to the better one. Room was great actually. Large, clean etc. Wine happy hour is a nice bonus. Restaurants and food was delicious. I tried the whole menu eventually. Prices are high but that's expected and food and service is great. Lobby is great to hand out a bit and have a pre-game drinks. Outside sitting wasn't looking that good because of the empty swimming pool view when summer season has not yet started. If they put some nice dividers to hide it the outside sitting would be more cozy.

Casino nearby attracts strange people. Sometime there is traffic jam on the drive way.

Nice staff, nice hotel, qualified to be a 5 star hotel, good for business traveler. I was given a larger room which is even better.

Lobby is modern but standard room is a little bit outdated. I personally don’t like carpet floor. But I checked the website, room of higher category had been renovated.
