The location is excellent -in the heart of the town centre, overlooking the main square, very close to restaurants, Sami beach, supermarkets, bakeries etc. The flat is very spacious, all rooms have air conditioning units, comfortable beds.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Sami with a great balcony and roof terrace to sit and watch life going on in the town. Although we didn't get to meet the owner the communication was very good and we were kept well informed.

Very friendly and responsive owners. The apartment was beautifully clean and well-equipped. The roof terrace was a wonderful bonus and a great place to chill out.

Extremely accommodating host. We were able to store baggage early. Aircon was fab. Apartment was pristine and spacious. It was well equipped with beautiful terraces overlooking Sami harbour.

We arrived late at night and found it difficult to locate the apartment, our taxi driver had to access a few people where it was located.

Great location in the middle of Sami. Very close to main restaurants on the harbour-side. Large sunny roof terrace was excellent for chilling and yoga. Very short drive to reach Anti-Samos beach.
The Wi-Fi signal was poor away from the kitchen/sitting-room. Our stay would have been enhanced if WiFi reached the roof terrace and our bedroom. Easily fixed - have fed this back to the Owner already.

Exceptionally located apartment with 2 terraces with spectacular views across the port. I don't belive there to be a set of terraces like this available anywhere else right in the middle of town. You will spend all your time at the apartment on the terrace for sure. Hosts were also really helpful and mega friendly which made this a really top stay, very enjoyable!

Great location and facilities. Especially loved the balcony and private rooftop terrace. Washing machine was also a nice bonus. Host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed.

A greek friend of mine booked Sea Breeze apartment for us and we had the most dreamy stay. Very clean and well presented apartment, fully equipped. We really enjoyed the spacious balcony and the amazing terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The location couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be back.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Lots of outdoor space and well equipped. Owner very helpful and I would recommend highly. Opposite harbour a delight seeing the boats to and fro
