the receptionist(man) was intrusive about personal documents. He constantly asked for my wife‘s contact details such as phone and email address, citing it as necessary despite the fact that the booking was in my name. He also went through each and every page of the passport of my wife. That was a intrusion of privacy and I cannot recommend this hotel at all. We checked out of the hotel the very next day and booked another hotel. the bathroom was dirty. the hotel is located very near to the railway station. hence, you hear every train entering and exiting the station. Other guests on the same floor, were drunk and noisy well past the bed time (11pm). The receptionist did nothing to address the issue.

Also, the location of the hotel was good and we will visit again, We were delighted with the price the room was offered.

Rooms was really perfect. Stay was comfortable. Overall we had a very satisfying & happy stay.

Clean and well maintained rooms. The staff was great. The bed was soft. Good atmosphere.

The pillows were fluffy Room was large and clean with good AC. Stay was comfortable.
