La gentillesse des hôtes, la grandeur de la maison, la qualité de la piscine, les jeux pour les enfants et les deux grandes terrasses pour manger au frais (ou presque) selon le moment de la journée. La maison est à 5 minutes en voiture du charmant village de Koilada, avec ses terrasses, sa pharmacie, son supermarché et sa boulangerie. Quelques minutes de plus est on arrive à la très belle plage de sable et ses eaux transparentes, avec sur place, un bar et une taverne et un terrain de volley.

Spacious villa with wonderful hosts. The space in the house was exceptional and we had everything we needed. It was super hot but the salt water pool was a dream and cleaned daily. The pool is big enough to do laps in for exercise and the hosts provide tennis rackets/balls/ footballs for the kids to play with which was brilliant. The town of Kilada is small but there are good facilities within a 10 min walk from the house: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc. The nearest beach is 2km way but not an easy walk as it is quite hilly. Other beaches like Porto Cheli and Kosta are a short drive away and were uncrowded. We ate at a variety of restaurants (expensive but good) and cooked ourselves using the bbq facilities at the house. We had fabulous time and really recommend this place to everyone.

The pool and outside spaces were fantastic for family fun and we actually spent most of our daytime in the pool and our evening time at the large table on the veranda, both great spaces. Kilada is a nice fishing village just next door, with good restaurants (Happy Flo was our favourite), and it’s a short drive to catch freedom ferry to Hydra (don’t be put off by the state of the port, Hydra is stunning), several nice local beaches, very rustic and definitely not for anyone wanting anything busy or developed.

The interior of the house would benefit from some TLC generally throughout.

The house is very spacious and beautiful, with a nice pool and several eating areas. Ideal for a family or group of friends

- The kitchen is not very well equipped but I’m sure that the owners can help you with whatever is missing (we have not asked anything).

The hosts were very friendly and accessible - anything we needed they were available to help us- from an iron to our PCR COVID tests that w needed in order to return to the United States. The view of Kilada is SPECTACULAR My children played tennis on their courts every day the pool is awesome- 9 feet deep ! We used the outdoor kitchen every ay and Mr. Sakis helped us fire up the grill. Ms. LouLou was just awesome. She showed us how to use the washing machine and the dishwasher. She was always available. My children and neices an nephews were loud- while playing in pool even during siesta time and we never got any complaints- the property is somewhat isolated and we loved it. TRUE GREEK VILLAGE experience with all the accomodations of home.

I have nothing bad to say

Great experience! Our extended family of nine people stayed one week in Loy Loy House in October 2019, and we had a wonderful time. The hosts Mr Sakis and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spacious house with multiple dining options inside and outside, cooked fresh fish on the wood-fired barbecue, had fun in the pool and the tennis court. There are delicious dining options within a short drive. We also explored numerous small west-facing coves for decent snorkeling and great sunsets. We would not hesitate to visit Loy Loy House again.
