The place is great. It has all what you need. Even a mini supermarket right there to buy whatever you need.The staff will do theeir best for you and they will make sure that you have a great stay.

The exercise/gym area really needs updating. It’s too basic, one of my requirements when on holidays is to book somewhere that has gym facilities. I don’t think I’ll go back to Fortuny because the gym does not suit my needs.

Very clean, quiet area and apartment. The attitude for cleaning is good. Our apartment was heading backwards so the sun shined mainly at afternoon which was ok for us. Soundproofed windows, air-condition upstairs and wc on both floors. Small kitchen equipment was enough for us (capsule-coffee maker, microwave, basic utensils). You can choose on which days you want cleaning and linien changing (clever). Location was good for us. It is easy to walk from the hotel to the beach or take an affordable taxi next door. Free parking space was available in front of the hotel.

There’s really nothing we didn’t like. Few tips: it would be great to have some small level/ a shelf in the living room where to put your eg. keys, mobiles, papers etc, (eg. shelf under the TV), as there is only a small table for dining. I am not sure if there is a washing machine for your laundry, but if not, the possibility to do your laundry would be nice.

The bungalows are well equipped clean, modern and comfortable. The pool was great and the staff are very friendly.

The food was not great at resort and also you had to wait a long time due to lack of staff.

two of the staff were outstanding. the friendly lady who cleans the outside and brings you coffee in the morning was lovely, helpful and friendly. also the lady who cooks and serves at the restaurant in the evening was fantastic. she was efficient, friendly and her food was really tasty. not impressed with others. in fact, I had terrible issues at reception but I have reviewed the hotel separately.

some of the staff at reception were doubtful about my word and assumed that my two daughters were staying in the property. i just cannot believe how people can mistrust guests that way. too long to explain but it really made the experience unpleasant
