We were booked December 17-Jan 3rd. The unit is very nice and the top floor patio is super nice, with lots of outside furniture and a grill. The reason for a lowered rating is due to the construction noise, and the owner/manager not letting know this in advance. We paid over $12,000 USD for this property rental and would have appreciated either a warning about the noise or a reduction in the price. We got neither. There was very loud noise just outside the front door at the construction site where a multi floor structure is being erected. This included Jack hammers and cement trucks and pumpers. Be aware and ask. Due to this, I don’t think the unit is worth the price the owner is asking for it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luna Encantada! The unit is well cared for and had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat if you want to stay in town. The rooftop patio can’t be beat. We also had quick access to all the restaurants and retail stores on 5th Ave. and we were beach front so a great combination! The only draw back is that there is construction next door and that was pretty noisy during the day. You could not hear it when you’re on the beach so not too bad. Edwin from the restaurant/beach club right next door, Inti, is very attentive and will make sure you have a cold drink and food at all times. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The location was perfect! Within walking distance of the main strip but still quiet, plus right on the beach! Plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out and everything you need to feel home away from home. Edith the PM was attentive, checking in a few times and arranging cleaning around our plans and Abdias was so awesome, making sure we had chairs, umbrellas, tables, food and drink recommendations../whatever we needed! We had a great time. I do want to caution that there is construction going on across the road so it did get pretty noisy around 7:30 am most days.

Edith was our property manager and she was incredibly nice, quick to assist with transportation & activities near by plus anything on property. Really can’t stress enough how awesome she was before arriving and during our stay. Thank you for assisting with pickup & drop off at condo/airport & other transportation needs for our group of 7. Place was nicer than in pictures. The terrace was beautiful plus the property is very quiet and at times we had pool to our selves. Staff very courteous. Condo was generously stocked with everything you’d expect plus driver made a stop at grocery store at beginning of our trip. Which was helpful for starting our trip. You have everything you need. Ferry to Cozumel 5 minutes away, 5th street right there too. Everything walking distance. We had teasportion to visit Tulum to one side, Puerto Morelos the other side, xcarate near by plus ferry to Cozumel near by too. That made doing a lot in the area easy.

We loved everything about our stay! The condo was beautiful and close to restaurants, shopping, excursions and of course the beach. Edith was so easy to work with and responsive. It was easy to schedule a dr to come to the condo to do our Covid tests before flying home to the US. We rented a car and had a safe place to park at the condo. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, close and accessible to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The property was well equipped. There is a bit of noise that can be heard through the walls from the music playing at the beach club next door but it ends by 10 or 11pm. The property manager came by twice during our five day stay to check on us and see if we needed anything. My only point of feedback is to encourage the owner to swap out the lockbox and single key for an electronic keypad entry system. It would make it easier for individuals within the group to come and go from the condo.

We loved this condo: the building amenities, location, and the staff! The condo was spacious, super clean, and well appointed with everything we need for a fun family get away. The roof top private balcony was the bomb. It is huge and has amazing views of the ocean. We loved starting and ending our days up there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was very quiet which led to all of us getting a great nights sleep during our stay. Luna Encantada is a beautiful building! The staff is very friendly and helpful and we felt very safe and secure during our stay. Edith, the unit manager, checked in on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed! She was so friendly and helpful! The infinity pool was pristine and serene. The beach and ocean in front of the building is also perfect. The beach attendant was very attentive and assured we had loungers and umbrellas in place everyday. We enjoyed drinks and food from INTI Beach all day long. The waiters from INTI came over and checked on us frequently. We couldn't have asked for a better unit, building, and location!

This property has a great location and setup. Located right off the beach with an infinity pool to the edge of the beach. Restaurants on both sides so easy to order drinks and food, or have massages. Edith the host on site is simply amazing!!! She will help you arrange everything from transport, tours, Covid testing, to just a restaurant recommendation. Thank you so much for the much needed break from all this Covid madness!!

The place is great and the location is perfect for walking the beach or fifth avenue. Property manager was very helpful with transportation and Covid test.

We had a fantastic stay, the A3 property was amazing, highly recommend it to anyone staying in Playa. The Condo was clean, well stocked and in a great location with incredible views. Also loved the rooftop!

This was my first time on the East coast of Mexico and we were excited to explore the area. We had two adults and 4 kids at this property and I could not have been more happy with our selection. The owners were so responsive prior to, during and after our stay. We needed an air mattress and they generously secured that for us ahead of our stay. The suggestions for restaurants (save for the Mayan Bistro) were excellent!! All the suggestions from a driver at the airport to activities were helpful and spot on. We could not have had a better time, well, I'm sure we would have managed to without the kids. The extra space on the roof was heaven, we spent a lot of time up there. The proximity to everything was terrific. We loved this place!! The staff at the development were so nice and helpful. We would recommend this property highly and will definitely go back!

From the perfect three bedroom set up, to the option to have groceries ready and a chef the first night, to the AMAZING on site staff (we will miss you Edgar!), to the immaculately maintained huge infinity pool, to the stunning and comfy roof top, to the proximity to beach and shops and restaurants! Everything was just perfect! This is definitely our new go-to vacation spot!

We have stayed at the Luna Encatada property annually for the past 6 years. This year we rented A3 which is a three bedroom unit. We give it the maximum stars available! The pictures are representative of the unit. It is well decorated and frankly one of the nicest condo’s that we have stayed in at the complex. The kitchen is well stocked with daily wares and the gas grill on the rooftop is a bonus! The views from the rooftop are great and we spent every evening there. Edith (property manager) is thorough and attentive as are all of the team members at Luna. They all do everything in their power to make sure you enjoy your stay. We booked direct with the owner Amy who was very responsive and timely with any correspondence we had. We highly recommend this unit and there is no doubt we will be returning.Thank you Amy! This condo turned out to be more beautiful than the pictures. We went with a group of 7 girls and there was more than enough room for all us of. The condo was in immaculate condition. Not only was it steps away from the beach, but also steps away from 5th avenue. After spending the day on the beach, it was a very short walk to restaurants or shops near by. Amy does a great job of making sure you have everything you need, and even gives great recommendations on places to eat. We will definitely be returning!

We just left your beautiful home. We stayed there with our parents and our two kids. It was our first time to Playa Del Carmen and we can't say enough good things about our stay. The house was very clean, enough amenities for the 9 days we stayed and if we needed anything, Edith was only a phone call away. The rooftop was our favorite feature of this condo. We spent every evening upstairs playing games and relaxing. I would definitely spend the extra money to have the extra living space. We will be coming back for sure! Beautifully appointed condo, ideally located near the center of Playa del Carmen. The rooftop patio is the ideal setting for evenings with the family overlooking the pool and ocean. Artwork everywhere and every detail thought of by the owner who makes every minute of your stay appealing. Nothing but the highest praise for this superb vacation spot. Will be returning; for sure. My husband, 17 year old daughter and I stayed at Luna Encantada A3. It is simply beautiful and we didn't want to leave when our stay was over. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with nice touches throughout. The beach attendants were very accommodating as were the cleaning staff. Edith the house manager was also lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I can't wait to go back to this unit as it really felt like home and I am homesick already!

This condo is absolutely breathtaking. Of all the places I have stayed in Mexico this was, by far, my favorite. You have many of the amenities of an all inclusive: infinity pool, beach, cleaning service and overall, a wonderful staff. But instead of having to pay $$$ to go on excursions and actually experience Mexico, you can simply step outside your door. The proximity to the beach, 5th ave, Cozumel, clubs/bars and great (affordable) restaurants is amazing! I went with some girlfriends and we had so much fun. The rooftop was amazing for playing cards and watching the sunrise. The artwork and decor was stunning. There are enough books, movies and games to keep you entertained for moths! Complete with cable, wifi, netflix and more but, with the location and the view, I doubt you'll spend much time inside. Overall, cannot recommend enough! Will definitely be returning.

We loved staying at A3! The condo unit was absolutely beautiful and the view from the unit, the master bed and most importnantly the rooftop is priceless! we went with 6 adults and we had such a relaxing time chatting late night in the rooftop, chilling by the beach and enjoyed the infinity pool very much. We also loved the location, beach was great and 5th avenue was right behind us which meant we could walk the lively street up and down for meals anytime! The staff at Luna Encanatada deserves a special mention as they are all really nice, this unit's owner and property manager is extremely helpful and accomodating as well, their help made our stay perfect! We loved our stay and will be back and recommend it to all!

We went there last month for a week for our family vacation and we can all agree that it was a beautiful place to stay. From the concierge to security, maintenance guys, and the cleaning lady; they were all professionals and helpful. During our stay, my dad got swimmers ears and the house call DR that treated him was very professional and had great bed side manors. The condo itself was beautiful, it had a Spanish theme and beautiful home decor. It immediately felt like a home. The rooms had enough space for our luggage. The kitchen came stocked with all the things we would need during our stay. ( all types of dished, pots/pans, purified water) it also came with beach towels/ bath towels, hair dryer/curling iron. The private rooftop deck had amazing ocean view, we would use it to drink at night and relax with the cool ocean breeze. The beach was beautiful. The condo location is off 5th AVE. We were in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars. Our concierge recommend us a restaurant called 100% Natural and it was our favorite place to eat, we went there about four times. We loved that they provided lounge chairs when we were on the beach. The gates were kept locked at all times and only the guests had the acces code. There was always someone on shift at the front entrance every time we left or got back. This is a place that we would recommend and will definitely be coming back to.

We just returned from our vacation in Playa del Carmen and we all agreed that it was one of our best trips ever. Thank you Amy. Luna Encantada is a small magical condominium complex right on the beach in Playa right off 5th avenue. Perfect location.. We loved everything about it. Especially Amy's unit. Located on the third and top floor it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The added bonus was a beautiful, private rooftop deck perfect for morning cofee's and sunset margaritas. The view was stunning. Amy made everything so easy and was wonderful to work with and so many great recommendations. The complex has a beautiful infinity pool right on the beach with access to a private beach area. An added bonus was the concierge Aggie. She was wonderful and so informative and helpful in so many ways! And thank you to Santiago and his niece Angie for setting up our loungers each morning and running for drinks and food. It really was a five star resort feeling. We can't wait to return!

This is our last night here and I am writing the review while relaxing on the rooftop hammock . It was a beautiful condo with stunning views . Amy was great to deal with and her information of the condo and location was very helpful and spot on. Went to a couple of her recommendations for eating and did not disappoint . Location location location . It was perfect as was the condo. My family of 6 thank you Amy and Edith.
