Once we opened the door to this unit we felt right at home. The view was amazing and the private balcony was a plus. Everything in this unit was hand picked, well decorated and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The location was great, we did not drive far out for anything!! Our host Lou was the absolute BEST!! You cannot go wrong with booking this condo and you will have no regrets!!!

Beautiful condo!! Lou was amazing!! Looking forward to staying again. Every bedroom was inviting & comfortable. The patio furniture was so comfortable & allowed room for breakfast &/or dinner or just to sit & enjoy the view. Condo had everything we needed.

Our condo was a three bedroom condo with 3 baths. The condo is located in a great part of Destin and the condo itself was perfect. Very clean, nice furnishings, and beach equipment if needed. We decided to rent chairs and umbrella- the crew were very nice to work with. The property manager was excellent to work with. Answered all questions immediately and made the week perfect. Will definitely come back on next visit to Destin

This property is amazing. The Gulf views are incredible. We have been staying at Mary Kay's for many years. She is so easy to work with and is very helpful if we need anything. The room has everything we need as far as beach accessories and kitchen items. I keep wanting to try different areas in Florida, but this makes it so hard to do. We always end up coming back since it is so beautiful!

Pros The condo is exactly as described. The owners really have it stocked for everything and anything you need for the beach! It was super clean which is something that I am always so extra picky about. I absolutely loved this condo! The owners are amazing and very responsive. There were a few issues but they were all out of their hands really. They were very apologetic and always gave us an explanation or contacted the building to figure out the problem. Cons: The building had 1 working elevator the whole time we were there and broke down quite a few times, one of those times was after we decided to get groceries so going up 14 flights sucked!The one time both elevators worked it only lasted a few hours and actually got a resident stuck on it. The owners have awesome beach chairs you can use, but there are also people you cant rent from, its kind of confusing the way they do the set up because they take basically the whole front part of the beach. Then I started noticing other residents setting up in front of them though because I guess they are not always rented just the way they set up, it was fine after that. They told us you just couldn't put up an umbrella in front of them. We were always out there pretty early and always managed to get a space right beside the rentals. Overall I really do recomend staying here again! The owners are awesome and take good care of their clients.

Highly recommend this condo. The view is incredible. The condo is very nice and comfortable. They have it stocked with all you need: so just get your groceries and toiletries. I was surprised with the extras like games, beach chairs and beach towels. Location is great as well. You will enjoy your stay here. We will be back!

We loved the unit which was fully updated with everything we needed for our stay! It was nice having the beach chairs and cooler to sit on the beach. We loved listening to the waves and eating on the patio. We hope to come back when it's a bit warmer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved this condo!! Very clean and tastefully decorated. Each bedroom has a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. The deck is spacious and was our favorite spot. Management was great to work with. Would definitely book again.

We have stayed in Hidden Dunes 1401 for 3 years now. We love how clean the condo is and how well it is decorated. Mary Kay goes out of her way to make sure to answer questions or help out if there are problems. The views from all the balconies are amazing. This condo has 3 beds and 3 baths which make it a perfect place for a big family or multiple families. The private beach is great as well. It is not very crowded compared to other places I have seen. We have yet to find a place that we have loved as much as this beautiful place! You can't go wrong here!

Great property and would highly recommend to any family visiting the area. We look forward to visiting again.

The photos of this condo do not do it any justice. It was absolutely spotless (and I am a major clean freak). The rooms were all set up beautifully. The balconies were where we spent a good amount of our time. The view was amazing, the seating was perfect and it really was the center of some of our finest memories together. Not only was the condo perfect, the items that the gracious host provided were perfect. High quality chairs, beach towels, wagon for lugging all of the stuff for our kids, coolers. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. As most of you can likely relate, we have waited all year for this vacation. And when you spend your hard hearted money on something, you want it to be perfect. This far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Lou and Kay for making this rental so wonderful for their guests.

Beautiful condo, stylish and perfect size for our group of 6. 2 couples and 2 young adults. Right on the beach and having 3 pools to choose from is awesome. Beautiful beach and close to shopping and dining. Great week and will very likely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes. The condo was clean and spacious. We liked being able to use the beach toys and chairs. The views were great from each balcony. The parking deck was a little tight at times, but I was glad we could park in the shade. I would stay here again if we come back to Miramar Beach.

The unit itself is exactly as described. Very nicely decorated and designed, with beautiful views of the ocean, beach and pool area. The kitchen was well stocked (adding a pizza cutter would be great) and the water chairs and other beach items were a nice addition. Only gave 4/5 on cleanliness because we did find an unfortunate item in our daughters’ bedroom (nothing serious enough/could have been done enough to report to the property manager) and the rest of the condo was immaculate. The third bathroom tub drain is very slow if you have children to give a bath to, etc. The building/amenities were average compared to other places we have stayed in North Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head and Marco Island (first visit to Destin). The pool area seems to have a lot of untapped potential, as there is no shade (tables with umbrellas, awnings, etc.) directly poolside. There is a gazebo like structure large enough for one family and shaded seating outside the pool area. The pool area takes direct sunlight until about 4:30 PM everyday and it can get extremely hot and uncomfortable without shaded seating available poolside. A tiki bar with drinks and snacks offered, and some music, would also be a huge asset to guests. No major complaints, but a lot of untapped potential. One good thing to know is that there is not a ramp or pathway directly to beach that allows you to get a beach cart or handicap accessible items to the beach without carrying them down multiple flights of stairs. That was something we were not prepared for and caught us off guard with having two young children that we needed to get items to the beach for. The White Diamond guys were helpful when needed, but will not seat you until 9:00 am sharp and an umbrella and two chairs is not included in the rental price of the unit and is an additional cost for the week. The water was pristine on Sunday and Tuesday, but seaweed and “June Grass” were pretty prevalent the other days we were there and unfortunately made beach days not nearly as desirable. Be prepared for tour helicopters to make their way up and down the beach 6-8 times per hour from 9:00 am to after 6:00 pm. We heard a lot of people discussing the frequency and unwelcome noise from these. Overall, we had no major issues and it was a nice stay. We arrived later on Saturday due to a rental car issue and Lou was great to communicate with. Again, first time to Destin, so can only compare to other locations visited.

Beautiful accommodations and ideal location on Miramar Beach. By far the best beach condo we’ve stayed at. Owners also supplied chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach.

The condo was in pristine condition. It had everything included that we could possibly need such as dishes and cooking utensils, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, games and the list goes on! Conveniently located to the beach and very nice amenities such as pool and tennis court. We definitely may book for next year!

We stayed here in April and had a great time. The location was good, down from the heavily populated areas so there was plenty of beach to enjoy. Shopping and dining areas were close to the property. The unit was well decorated and clean.

Property was as described. Very clean, nice beach chairs & gear, great view, great access to beach, good parking. Location was wonderful. Building was also very clean and nice. Pool and hot tub area was updated and also very clean. Would repeat!

My family and I very much enjoyed this VRBO experience. The condo was very clean as was the overall complex. It was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The complex is on a great spot on the beach and we were so glad to be on the 14th floor to enjoy the view! My 12yo son spent lots of time swimming in the pool that was just below our balcony and it was not too cold in early March. The mattress in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. This was our first time down to this area of the Gulf and the water is gorgeous!

I just returned from a 3 week stay at this property. It is absolutely the best rental I’ve ever had. The location is right on the beach and includes an awesome beach view. The condo is VERY well stocked, nicely furnished and clean. They even had beach towels and beach chairs. Beds were comfortable and very nice updated master bath. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond with any questions. The property is conveniently located near good restaurants and nice grocery stores. I will be staying here again!

Highly recommend this rental, everything about it was top notch. The unit was pristine and beautifully decorated, and the view is spectacular. We especially loved that each bedroom has access to a balcony. Great touches abound in the condo, from puzzles and games for a rainy day, to beach chairs available in the closet. Mary Kay and Lou were easy to communicate with and timely on their response. We have been coming to Destin for years, and this if for sure a property we will return to!

Large, beautiful condo. Updated nicely. Great view on balconies. My wife and I traveled with 3 adult (college age) children. Plenty of room for everyone! View from master bdr window was like waking up on a cruise ship. Nothing but blue seas as far as you can see. Great communication. Easy! Would book again. Thank you!
