Breakfast was good and plentiful. They provided a nice in room set up.

The only things I didn’t like were the curtains/shades in the room. The didn’t provide enough privacy or darkness. The other thing (there isn’t much they can do about it) is the parking. Even the closest lot is far away.

The apartment was perfectly located near Fontebranda and the escalators going up towards the Duomo. It was clean, with nice facilities and a kitchen, comfortable bedding. Beautiful views from every side.

There was a plaque mentioning something about breakfast. We didn't anticipate breakfast, as it was never mentioned in the booking, but was a bit confused whether it would come or not. Not a big deal at all.

The wasn’t something not to like.

Very comfortable room in great style with view on one of the churches. We could have our breakfast in our room at the desired time. There is no hot meal, but still it is good and you can select what you want. The location is excellent, a few meters walk and you find yourself in the heart of Siena. Parking is supported with a lower fee parking card. If you drive into the ZTL zone just to have easy unpack/pack, you have max 40 min and Elena needs to take a photo of the car with car plate and send to police, otherwise you can expect a fine.

the owner met us at the property and was kind enough to help us navigate the area as well as assist in dinning reservations! i highly recommend staying here not just for the wonderful staff, great clean rooms but also the location was perfect!

Everything was perfect. Super clean, convenient place, helpful people. The view from the room was unbelievable. Francesca was so polite and friendly! Minimal and cozy design, breakfast in the room. What else to ask.
