We loved pretty much everything, location was perfect in terms of being close to the airport and close to the beaches and towns if we wanted to go out. Be stayed in the recently renovated Bungalows which were beautiful, overlooking the sea and had all the facilities you could wish for. The staff were also incredibly polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them if you needed or wanted anything. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay so great and we will definitely be going back in the future.

Nothing, maybe a suggestion to have complementary shower amenities available but apart from that nothing.

Very nice rooms, all the amenities you need including beach towels. Very nice pool with lots of sun beds and a fantastic beach on the doorstep of the hotel. Nearby town of Lassi is an very quick walk which has plenty of restaurants to choose from and a couple of convenience stores.

Would have been nice to have a few more bathroom amenities, you only get a bottle of 2 in 1 shower gel shampoo. Separate bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated

Amazing location, secluded but still easily walkable into Lassi for tavernas etc. Rooms and other facilities modern, stylish and comfortable. Staff were universally extremely friendly and helpful.

Only slight criticism was our meal at Lungomare. Lovely location and service for drinks but food was a let down. Better off in the local tavernas.

Location great for sunsets, proximity to airport and visiting the west of the island. Hotel was immaculate, bar area was lovely and in a beautiful setting. Staff were great and eager to help.

Layout of hotel was such that there was A LOT of walking up and down steps and ramps. Not a problem for us but it would be for those with mobility issues. Our room was lovely - one of the bungalows, but 0.24 of a mile from reception ! Our friends were in the main hotel building so although close to the restaurant and bar, the pool and private beach were some distance away which they felt was a shame. Only full fat milk available for breakfast (1st world problem !) Didn't try a la carte so can't comment on that - buffet food was good but we thought a little expensive at 35 euros each. We generally ate out in the local tavernas.

Top quality hotel in all aspects. It's location is superb nestling amongst a pinetree Grove with a choice of types of beaches to use. Breakfast was fine

Local shops are half a mile away leaving you a little bit of a captive audience and reliant on the Beach Bar. This was fine for us but could become an issue for a family with youngsters.

Lady on daytime reception. Staff at beach bar. Cleaning staff. View fabulous. Best bed and pillows in a hotel - hence good night's sleep. Choice at breakfast. Room good size - bungalow. Sun loungers around pool best ever. 15 mins walk to restaurants (many good ones) if going from main hotel building, 20 mins from furthest bungalow. 8 mins taxi from airport - €20, £17 when booked via Booking.com (May 2023).

Had requested sun loungers on balcony months previously on arrival unfortunately not possible unless willing to pay €40 nightly extra. In bungalow there isn't a separate bathroom - not liiking glass door on toilet - it was open plan in bedroom, not enough privacy. We had a rule - go on balcony if other using toilet ( not easy during night😄). Was told lots of steps and steep walkways through hotel grounds which hotel does advise but when some bungalows can be 5 minutes from main hotel building can be hard work. People with walking difficulties or small children - not doable. If staying in main hotel building not as much an issue. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel not replaced had to keep asking for at reception. Having to walk on road, no path for good part of way to visit restaurants in Lassi- knew before going.

Very spread out and a lot of steps, pool too far away. No choice of pillows. Automatic parking barrier did not work most of the time.

The resort is spacious and spread out so does not feel crowded. It's well kept and the breakfast buffet is good.

Inland rooms are horrible - no direct sun. Bathroom really small. Double queuing for breakfast, once to register room number and a further queue to be seated. The insistence of the need to book a table at A la Carte restaurant when there were lots of empty tables and very few diners!

We frequently went to the bar during the evening and getting served/ waiting for our drinks took 20mins or more. We also asked to have dinner in the a la carte restaurant and they said it was full despite their being lots of available tables, so that was slightly confusing.

Absolutely amazing

The location is great, we can walk like 15 minutes and we are in the center of Lassi (supermarkets, restaurants,...). The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable too, specially Katherina Foka, Marian Train and Makki. The rooms were huge, immaculately clean and the showers were powerful. Breakfast were incredible with so much choice and we also had dinner in most evenings which again was delicious with plenty.

Considering the drive of most hotels to be more environmentally conscious, I really think the hotel can change the bath towels less frequently. Daily, seems a bit excessive. I think it's appropriate for the swimming towels, but not bath towels.

Amazing stay at the White Rocks hotel, the staff where amazing, food choice was great and the room was exceptional.

really good value for money, you get what you pay for, especially private beach, you don’t have to pay for sun bend, and there’s bar at the beach also, really enjoyed it.

We absolutely loved White Rocks - the staff were all so friendly and took such trouble to ensure we had a wonderful time. Hotel beds in my experience can be hard and lumpy but these were so comfortable and we slept incredibly well. The rooms were huge, immaculately clean and the showers were powerful. We overlooked the sea which was gorgeous. Normally we like to explore but to be honest with the choice of two different types of beach just right there - one that was stoney (take or buy rubber shoes) but great for snorkelling and the other sandy as well as the swimming pool, we hardly ventured out apart from occasionally going up to Logos Bar for cocktails at sunset. We also loved having cocktails at the hotel whilst playing cards to the sounds of crickets. The water was all so clear and blue - you'd think our photos had a filter. Breakfasts were incredible with so much choice and we also had dinner in most evenings which again was delicious with plenty. Took out the boat on 2 days with Sail the Blue - highly recommend doing this and we were able to just swim off the boat and find secret coves - magical.

We honestly couldn't fault anything.

Could do with a few more sun beds around or near the pool as you have to get up early to get one. Some more gluten free options needed for lunch at the beach bar would be good, they do gluten free bread at breakfast but not for lunch.
