Stayed at this hotel many times. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Fast wifi. Filling breakfast.

It is surely one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a stay in Ha Noi.

The hotel is located to many restaurants, cafes, beer street,… in the Old Quarter. Our Deluxe Double Room is clean and tidy with internal window. Breakfast is buffet with Vietnamese & international dish. I booked a Halong Bay 2 days 1 night tour and Ninh Binh day tour with them and that’s amazing, good price and best deal. Besides of that, after booked 2 days tour with them, they gave me a free one way airport transfer and 50% discount for our massages. I don’t know how many times I have to say thanks with their staff. They do very well their job, friendly, helpful.

Very good location. Close to few tourist attractions, restaurants and shops near by within walking distances. Good spread of breakfast especially considering that we are vegetarians. Very accommodating staff

Since property is located in a very busy and narrow street, taxi or car waiting on the road was a problem.

Location is the only thing that is good for the hotel. Entrance and the facade looks nice. Helpful and attentive staffs. All staff offer help and information to ensure you get to enjoy the best of Hanoi. They even give suggestions on how you should spend your time in Hanoi.

No window, no view. Window only facing the air well and very small. Air Cond system failed. Once somebody on heater, the whole tower is turned on with heater. The staff explained that they are taking action in upgrading the air cond system. Unfortunately due to the pandemic and the tourism industry in Hanoi is still at the recovery stage, the hotel will need a little bit more time to get the fund for the upgrading process.

The connecting room is really interesting. Two separate rooms actually, one with king bed for us and one with twin singles for the kids. Both are linked by a common area that can be locked from inside, so as good as a 2 room accommodation :) The hotel is well located with many food options nearby and the lake is just a few junctions away, come down, turn left and walk all the way straight. The counter staff are also very helpful and friendly. Be sure to ask as much questions before you leave the hotel because few can speak English once you are out on the streets.

Very nice hôtel centrally located. Very practical for everything. Room was spacious and clean and corresponding perfectly to our standards. Breakfast was very good. But mostly the staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful, giving us tips and helping us plan the next parts of our trip. Thanks again!

The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter of Hanoi close to all major attractions. But what needs special mention is the care and attention given by staff especially Ms. Zoey and Ms. Kim. Great place to stay

The location and room cleanliness are the best choice for this hotel to stay in Hanoi. Location in the downtown with a lot of convenience for food but still very quiet for comfort rest after working a long day outside.
