The food was very nice👍 and the staff is really amazing, respected the privacy and also helpful🙏 Unlimited WiFi was good. When there is loadshedding, wouldn't even feel it. It takes less than 5min,and everything was up and running.

The place is amazing, only if the pool was lukewarm as promised. By upgrading when comes to TV, add Netflix and other channels. If a guest has their own account can insert for that duration

The electric blanket and the fireplace made us forget how cold it was outside

The TV should atleast have Netflix and showmax, there were no gowns. There was no microwave

The staff, Fire and the bed was so comfortable and hot aswell.

The fact that the tents dont have a fridge and a microwave. And also the fact that when we need cutlery we had to ask first. The housekeeping people they just clean the place change sheets and towels but dont take the dirt out.

The location is quiet and beautiful.

The lodge nature and dinner food was top class and really appreciate the staff who helped us from 1st day up until the last day. Romantic setup requested was up to the standard of what we have requested for.

The massage room was too hot and needs to have an appropriate setup for a mind & body relaxation room.

The outdoor area was really beautiful and serene.

If the tent was cleaned properly without any webs hanging on the side lamps and a dirty shower glass with grime. I would be giving it a 10.

Beds were super comfy, staff is super friendly!

Just wish price can include breakfast as well.

Our number 4 chalet was amazing.

The owners are very warm and made us feel welcome They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible The chef made my daughter a pancake after 8pm one evening They re warmed our food and delivered it to the tent after 8pm...

The room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. Private pool water was warm.

There was no microwave in the chalet. There was no water in the kettle for us to make coffee in our room.

The most beautiful quinte, peaceful and relaxing place I have ever stayed at.. officially my favourite get a way place. Such a modern yet rustic place, staff were exceptional, and the atmosphere was top class. Food was to die for, drinks, dinner and pudding was served to us at our cabin.. See you again soon...

When we call they do not respond, they have to put on a working plan onpp pop
