Vanilla Guesthouse was lovely! The team are friendly and helpful and take care of you during your stay. My room was perfectly appointed and breakfast was delicious. It's such a bonus that they have a loadshedding solution in place and wifi is available at all times. Well done to the team =)
I noticed there was only Decaf Coffee Sachets available in the rooms - Perhaps there was a stock issue? Normal coffee would be great. Other than that, I cannot fault the team on anything.

Beautiful, safe accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Great breakfast and lovely staff.
The parking situation can be a bit disorganised when there are lots of guests with cars. Perhaps guests staying for longer stays shld hv an allocated parking bay which is blocked off by a traffic cone to ensure they are guaranteed a parking bay every day

The place is really a hidden gem. Very beautiful area, neat and their breakfast is absolutely amazing.

Staff were pleasant accommodating and helpful , breakfast was ample and had a variety of hot or cold. Room was of a decent size with a comfortable bed and a big shower which was wonderful.
Being an elderly person , I would of liked a grab handle inside the shower.

I like the location of the property, the driveway is just superb, it’s as if you’re entering into another place.
Everything was clean and organised very well.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I just loved everything and every moment in this property.
The Breakfast was also good.

Property is clean, well looked after, staff go out of their way to help with everything. Would definitely recommend and would book longer stay next time I’m in SA. deserves 10 stars

The room was clean and well appointed and mostly thoughtfully supplied
There was no bath soap. We needed to use the liquid hand soap from the basin. The milk was removed from our fridge during the day on Saturday and we had to get milk from the dining room as there was no way of requesting any. I found it very unusual that the milk would have been removed and if it was why was it not replaced

Location is good but the parking Space is a small more when it is full
Access to and from the room was a bit of an issue
Less variety on breakfast like to add more fruit and muesli
Dstv app should work for guest to login with their own credentials

comfortable, well appointed, heater and electric blanket were on when I arrived in the early evening. very attentive reception.
floors are tiled and were very cold. not much carpet cover. no doubt fine in summer but cold to walk around without shoes/slippers in winter.
