The hotel is in the central area of the city only two blocks from the main plaza. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, elegant and beautifully maintained.

The biggest complaint we have is the room condition. The room, especially the bathroom is too tiny for comfort! When we booked a double room with two twin beds, the description of the room is: 193 square ft., has a dining area, TV and barbecue. When we checked in late at night, the room we got is much smaller, about 140 sq.ft., with a tiny bathroom of no more than 22 sq ft! It's the smallest bathroom we have ever had! It's so hard to turn around in the bathroom. The shower is 7 ft high that sprays horizontally towards the shower curtain! What's more, the window of the room is about 6ft high up the wall and it's hard to open and close. The TV is also about 7 ft high up the room. There is no dining nor barbecue area...Just a small cabinet in between the beds that we can barely put our laptop on. The room is not worth the money we paid.

Wonderful staff and lovely building. Breakfast was available to us even though we needed to check out before the normal time. Good stuff!

Way enough space in the room. Very good beds. Great breakfast (french croissants and fresh orange juice). Clean bathroom and common spaces. Final plus, the style with faiences and woods is very nice.

It is near the Central Square with many cathedrals, historical buildings and museums. The host is very friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom is clean and tidy, and is always available. A very pleasant stay for us. Thankyou.
