So many different options for sitting outside and inside. The spa was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with home-made preserves and bread. Bed was fantastic in the Queen-sized room with private bathroom.

This is family run and its inside their home, which is lovely. But if you're after silence, book the private outside room where you can't hear everyday family life going on in the kitchen/dining. I enjoyed the homely feel, but romantic couples might prefer the solitude.

fabulous stay again, this time in the outside cabin, beautiful, and peaceful . Such lovely hosts, so welcoming their home is beautiful, such a lovey breakfast again ( minus my duck egg!!) The spa area is just a relaxing area and so peaceful before you retire to bed...

nothing - all perfect

The cottage was very private and extremely comfortable. The garden surrounding the area was fantastic and aided in relaxation. Both of the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They also have a friendly cat that made our stay even better with all the cuddles. Breakfast was served every morning which was a lovely touch. The facilities include a pool, spa pools and sauna. All very well presented. The area itself is well designed and decorated. Lots of plants and small decorative touches which make the area super relaxing and comfortable.

Room was well appointed, bed very comfortable. Hosts very hospitable Very interesting to meet travellers from all over the world at breakfast.

Nichts

Delicious breakfast, beautiful gardens, lovely room, welcoming hosts, excellent location, friendly cats, gorgeous spa area and a freezing pool for a fun cold plunge between spa sessions. Can’t wait to go back.

Having to leave

The hosts are lovely. The resident cats are really lovely companions. The place is nice and cozy.

Everything was great. No complaints.

I loved the surroundings, the lovely garden and all the little surprises like the quaint little cabin around the corner with the outdoor setting. The host & hostess were very welcoming with great senses of humour. We loved the breakfast and the hot tub. Just perfect ! My husband loved the home made jam.
