We like their breakfast because they provide fresh fruit juice, coffee and tea, both local and continental breakfast available, thus fit for very family members. We enjoyed the pool in our villa, and stay inside as long as we wish. The room is cozy, comfortable, AC is cool. Their bathroom is big, both shower and bath tub available. Their staffs are very friendly. we also used their free transport between the resort and Ubud (near Monkey forest)

Although I really appreciated the convenience to have the massage in my bedroom. But the quality is worse than the common massage services available in Ubud center. I shared my feedback to resort staff on my second day stay because I was feeling a little hurt in my left shoulder muscles , I think it's due to the massage time and intensity distributed on both sides of the my body were uneven. More than 50% of the time, the masseur simply used the palm of her hand to apply massage oil back and forth on the body without applying finger pressure to the acupuncture points and deep muscles. Although hotel staff took my feedback and gave me 20% discount after all. But I don't think I will try it again.

Private pool with villa was fantastic to come back to each day. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Had additional service and tours with Noru and Yannik, who were great at their jobs. Augus up front was great at arranging anything one wanted.

It's a little bit out of the center of Ubud, 5-10 min taxi or shuttle or half hour walk. There are pros to that as well, as much quieter than in the center comes with that.

I stayed 4 days and honestly, could have stayed for a lot longer, felt completely at home!! The staff was incredible and so were the villas!! We had a cooking class which was exceptional!! :) Thank you for the amazing time.

There was a mixup in the booking from the hotels part, but the staff a the hotel were incredibly helpful and more than compensated for the issue. Thank you for making my holidays amazing

Great Stay!!

The staff were especially friendly and attentive. Yannik in particular went above and beyond. The room and private pool area feel very private and it feels as if you have your own area whilst also having the convenience of attentive hotel staff

This was a bit further from Ubud centre than we thought and there is not too much around in the immediate area. However, Purana do offer free and easy daily shuttle services and it would be very easy to move around by moped.

The best think about Purana was the staff. So friendly & welcoming. We traveled with our 3 year old daughter & everyone was amazing with her.

The restaurant location was overlooking the parking lot. Unfortunately, for the hotel there were no rice paddy views: the garden was very nice but no amazing long views due to its location on the road

Beautiful gardens and very welcoming staff. I shared the pool with 4 other rooms but I never saw anyone else so it felt like a private pool. Very quiet location and a couple of lovely quiet restaurants nearby.

This place is probably 1.5km to the main town and 1km to cafe strip - the hotel shuttle is infrequent and not particularly convenient so consider your transport options with this hotel, make sure you have a good taxi or Scooter.

Amazing place with amazing staff. Special thanks to Yannik and August for making our stay so special and being best guide on our day trip, staff couldn’t do more for you and you felt very looked after - 5* experience. Also best food and breakfast we’ve had in Indonesia. Very special place and can’t wait to go back one day.

Everything was perfect

Amazing attention to detail and lots of personalised touches. Special thank you for the kids presents, very much appreciated. All staff were outstanding and we could not have expected anymore. Breakfast in the outdoor area was a special touch also. Location was good for our family, quiet and most important felt safe and secure. Cleanliness was 10/10. Would 100% recommend for families but would be ideal for couples/solo travellers also. Arya helped us a lot with planning and trips and was good with all the kids, as were all staff. Resort was a quiet haven outside of Ubud but with regular free shuttle to Ubud. Villa with private pool gave total privacy.

Some noise from neighbouring villas due to people partying late - but they're on holiday and no fault of the resort!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We walked everywhere. The food was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice and helpful staff. Very nice private Villa with private pool. Breakfast daily on the villas terrace. The location is good (Get the app Gojek - kinda like uber to get araound very cheap)

The european breakfast choices werent as good. (Go for the indonesian ones instead). But overall the breakfast didn’t hit it out of the park. Due to the location in the jungle there are some critters (But the Hotel staff is very quick to help relocate them should you cross path with them).
