Excellent location, very quiet regardless being right in front of the beach. A very well built house. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The air conditioning was perfect, subtle but efficient and not noisy. The outside temperature reached 40 degrees on two days and the system worked perfectly. I also liked the total darkness in the rooms, thanks to the good quality blackout blinds on all windows. The garden furniture were very comfortable and well placed, providing shade in the morning and in the late afternoon.

The only minor negative was the occasional sewage smell on the ground floor bedroom. This is not a surprise though in a coastal Cretan house.

Villa was spacious and modern. There were 6 adults and one child. Andreas (owner) responded very quickly to requests before travelling and arranged for a swimming pool guard and extra bed as we had a one year old in the family group. Maria (housekeeper)was very helpful on phone calls etc and came around to meet us all to ask if we needed anything. Nothing was roo much trouble and she even scheduled the villa cleaner around our one year olds sleep pattern. Thanks Maria and Andreas.

Everything was great, but I would mention here the hospitality of Chris, she was so nice, and the comfortable beds. Thank you again.

One night the hot water ran out. But that was understandable as the water is supplied by the sun and we were 6 adults that decided to take showers in the same period of one hour in the evening.

The villa is modern, spacious and beautifully presented. It's situated in a great location away from the main village, but close enough to walk to the resurants and bars and right next to the best part if the beach. The large kitchen has everything you will need, although it's far nicer to use the huge bbq next to the pool. Chryssa, the property manager is wonderful. She met us at the villa, showed us the whole property and answered all our questions. She even dropped off a watermelon to say sorry for the power cut the whole village had. We would definitely recommend this villa as a perfect relaxing location. It is large enough for 2 to 6 adults with the 3 huge bedrooms and outdoor space and pool is perfect, day or night.
