Location & Beach access was perfect!
Commute was easy & staff was always very pleasant.
Wifi was inconsistent in some areas of resort esp in main dining area.
Too many flies.

Spacious and well manicured
The seaside restaurant had a lot of birds

pineapple restaurant, very good that where we mostly ate

amazing food, amazing staff, amazing beach and pools. Such an amazing vibe.
Long walk from our room to the beach
5.0
The staff were all friendly, the room and our view was beautiful. The food buffets were varied and very good, especially for the amount of food they produced every day. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go in Antigua. The pools and beach were lovely.
This place is a bit isolated, so we didn't do a lot of excursions. If you want to hang out at the beach and pool and just relax, this is the place. If you want to explore the island, a place near English Harbour might be better, as it's more centrally located.
4.5
The resort was tranquil, peaceful and romantic. The food was great- all the restaurants had high quality food. My favorite was the coffee shop. The snorkeling on property was excellent. There was so many activities on the resort that you can participate in or just relax. There is something for everyone!
Rooms were a little outdated but it didn’t bother me all too much since we didn’t spend much time in the room besides sleeping. I didn’t like that once we arrived the receptionist told us we had to wait in order to make our dinner reservations till the next morning and recommended getting there at 8:00am- of course there was a huge line which was a bummer. I recommend making all reservations the second you arrive.

Good not great

Beautiful laid back resort on an amazing beach with turquoise water and powdery sand. The personnel was very friendly. We had waterfront 2nd floor room and could see the sea from the bed. Magical! There are a lot of activities during the day. The food and drinks were wonderful and so was service. Certainly will be back.
3.5
The staff was very nice. Our room was close to everything. The pools were nice and the beach was too.
Our bed was so uncomfortable. The buffet was only
good at breakfast. The lunch and dinners weren’t.
3.0
The coffee shop was great. The entertainment director was good when you saw her. The wait staff was nice and the outside barbecue was nice but only had chicken..
The beach chairs were mostly broken. The sand on the beach is dirty full of cigarette butts.. the rooms are very dark. 2 small lamps do not work. The sheets were not that clean. Stains on them. The food at night seemed the same over and over. Carved meats should be there each night. If you go to dinner later you should not get scraps. Like I did when they had ham. And the ham was cold. The place is not worth the money at all

Location and friendly staff.
Our so called upgraded room
Outdated and old stained toilet and shower. Broken sliding door with no screen .
Mattress on bed was sprung and old!

very comfortable and staff were friendly and polite

Lovely grounds, well maintained. Nice beach.
Very hilly property. Steep walk to get to the Outhouse restaurant.
The food was marginal.

The view if they had given me the room I paid for
Everything, they lost power for hours they didn’t clean our room didn’t bring us fresh towels after we called and asked 12 times. And to top it off our door stopped working and for 2 days we had to be asked to be let in and were promised it be fixed everytime we went in. And to top it off they questioned us why we need to go to our room now when we asked.

The staff was friendly and quite helpful

We arrived, jet lagged, and wanted to rest for a bit but the maids in the outdoor hallway were shouting at each other so we couldn’t rest.
It would be useful to have a mat at the door to remove sand from footwear/feet especially since housekeeping is now only every other day
3.5
Lovely beach area and the staff were friendly. Good location, 30 mins from the airport and 30 mins to Shirley Heights.
The property was tired in places, our hotel room was dark and had some squashed mosquitoes on the walls. Some of the communal facilities also needed updating.
4.5
The private beach and the staff!!
some of the areas were dated and not always clean.

There was one nice pool that was clean. The coffee shop was great. The resort staff was very friendly.
The food was not edible. I was shocked because the reviews said the food was delicious. The guests upstairs from us were extremely loud starting at 6am and front desk did nothing. Bad wifi. Bugs in bed.

The resort was wonderful and had everything we could want or need. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the drinks we plentiful. The anchored floats in the ocean are a great touch, to just have somewhere to float and relax. We paid extra for a private dinner in the gazebo on the hill and it was A+ service and amazing food. Definitely recommend that, if it's in your budget. I also loved the cats! I wish I could have brought one home.
The bed could be a little softer and there could be more lighting in the room. Our only real issue was that we had noisy neighbors that seemed to switch out every other night. There were some small ants in our room, but they were everywhere outside as well. Just part of nature.

The bed was like a cloud. The beach was out this wi
this world. I love how hard the staff work to make you
make you feel comfortable.
A lot flies, but is an island sometimes that happen
happens. One of the small pool had two dead water
water bug and a dead spider that was the quiet poo
pool creepy. So they needed to clean that one up like

Location amazing. Some staff lovely.
Room not cleaned every day, even though $24 a day resort fee. Wi-Fi very patchy in room. Some staff miserable unless you tipped them. Had comments about tips - really put me on edge and made me feel uncomfortable. Thought $24 a day resort fee might have covered tips. Food, like staff attitude, very varied- sometimes good , sometimes not good.

great location
choice of food and drinks

This was a fairly large resort, three pools and large beech area. Plenty of food options and drinks were great.
We had come from an all-inclusive resort on the West side of the island which we we preferred.
You need to know that they add on extras at the end (not ALL inclusive)
US$24 per room per day (Resort Fee)
US$5 per person per day (Guest Tourism Levy)
US$2 per person per day (local charity)
We also had a hefty spa bill too.
This was a busy resort with lots of American guests, some in a "party mood"

It was very relaxing and a variety of things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful! A couple of restaurants to pick from for lunch, dinner, they bring you drinks while you are laying in the sun!!!! What more could you ask for!!
The Pineapple Grille was a very nice place to eat at night, but it would have been nice if they could have changed the menu a few times instead of having the same thing to eat every night.

Very nice private beach with only the guests. Staff were exceptionally friendly and we saw some of them on a regular basis and they always said hello. Snorkeling trip organized through the hotel was amazing. Excellent massage at the spa with a discount on services. Liked the option of being able to have dinner at the sister resort so we could check it out.
Beach front rooms were quite small but right on the beach especially the bathroom. A little dated, could use updated black out curtains and new cushions on the love seat outside on the balcony. Buffet was average.
3.5
Food options were ok and the quality was good, just limited. Entertainment by Ann-Marie and Shawn were the highlights of our nights.
There are too many flies on the property, especially the buffet and bar areas I understand it's nature but this was the most annoying part of the trip. Additional measures need to be put in place to control this.

Location was wonderful.
Bar staff and general staff were very polite and helpful.
Coffee shop was outstanding.
A la carte restaurants were good.
Pools and beach were great.
Buffet menus were a bit limited, and main restaurant staff not as welcoming as the other staff. Snack bar staff were not at all helpful. Room decor a bit tired and in need of updating.

My stay wasn't long enough

it was a small property, not fully booked which was really nice. People were kind and always there to help.
Rooms are a bit dated but fully functional.

Wonderful colonial style resort. Beautiful beach with palm trees. Peaceful hammock area. Gorgeous mahogany seating in some areas. Lovely spacious room with great views out to sea. Great coffee shop. Cocktails were excellent. Liked that they didn't clean room every day but every other day. In the main restaurant overlooking ocean virtually every table had a pleasant view of the sea. Enjoyed having two other restaurants to visit and particularly loved the unique Outhouse Shack with a great atmosphere, music and views. Even enjoyed the walk up the short hill with pauses at viewpoints and once took the little shuttle cart as my leg was playing up! Staff were all wonderful, courteous and their individual personalities shone through and made it a pleasure having a chat. Extremely laid back and relaxed. We can see why many have been back over many years.
Small point but the gardens throughout the resort were wonderful but the furthest apartments overlooking the ocean hadn't any shrubs etc. It would be nice to see that at least young plants had at least been planted for it to look great in the future.
