The location and setting especially the view over the water with surrounding trees. The design of the house and the facilities.

The location and view were great.

The bathroom flooded when a shower was taken. The exhaust fan didn't work properly. The beds in the 2 bottom rooms were very hard and not very comfortable. The lounges were not comfortable and you sink down in them. There were a few light globes that were blown and couldn't be used.

the view is stunning and for a large group the lay out suits.

just that we had to carry our own linen but honestly it is worth it given everything.

waterfront was highlight and loved the stay.

There was bedbugs in some beds, it is the only bad thing there

excellent location, quiet neighbourhood with beautiful scenery at the backyard. close to Huskisson and Jervis Bay.

The mattress was quite soft and most of the fans on the property were big ones with very loud noise, leading to a tough choice between heat or noise for sleep.

Good location. Reasonably priced.

Not cleaned properly prior to arrival. 2 broken globes on arrival. The residence and gardens are not well maintained. No starter coffee or sugar. Very small tv not suitable for the whole family to watch and not enough lounges for family. Needed a cochroach bomb prior to arrival as several were seen and had to be disposed of. Front door hinges need oiling as it makes a very annoying sound. Stuff was dumped in the wardrobes in the rooms not a good look.
