clean and spacious and well equipped.

quite a long walk into centre but that kept us fitter so no big deal. Easy to find centre though as one straight walk.

Terrible experience

Please avoid this place if you can , after long drive, I wanted a rest but unfortunately I couldn't because after 5 minutes staying at this place. I looked at my car through a window and I saw someone searching my car .I run down stairs but couldn't catch him .he stolen from my car and run away. I was shocked because he opened my car and locked my car when he left ,he seems professional. I called the police but they arrived late and they are aware of what happened. I assume people who stay at this place after long drive and they don't check Their belonging in the morning so that is why no complaints made . I left that night after police arrived ,didn't even stay not a safe place .

Good location, the host was cordial and punctual, gave us some pointers. Good eating options right next door. A super basic room that does the job for the night on your way through Ljubljana.

The kitchenette door has been removed to make the room more spacious but the doorframe wasn't plastered, looked like an unfinished renovation job. The light switch for the kitchenette was missing the plastic cap, you couldn't help but wonder if it was safe to toch the metal element... It was quite noisy - not only from the outside but there was a clicking sound from the blinds too.

Amability of host and cleaning.

Just we had need on more towel, we're four people with just three one of them.

Location bit distant from center, but nothing serious

The owner was polite and the beds comfortable and clean. There were even showergels cleansers and rice. Wifi was Ok and we had warm water

well we informed about our arrival as asked 130kl and 25kl before we arrive but again we end up waiting 30minutes. Also the window was broken and we were afraid we get a cold Lastly it was 4-5kl away from the center. We were travelling by car and it was Ok but if we had to walk it was far away Also we Had to pay ONLY cash and not with a card which is extremely inconvenient

location, price, owner always answers phone, is 11/10 . above and beyond

house requires maintenance, windows didnt close properly, when u run hot water in shower, there is a bad smell , bed lights are not working.

The location was crucial for the activity that made me travel to the city. I liked the cleanliness, tidiness of the house, and equipment available.

Linen was missing, a situation that is never thought of when it is a business trip and not for vacation.

The appartment is very close to the university campus and effective to these who prefer individual to hotel accommodation. Not bad, not luxurious. For parking you need to be lucky.

May be some minor repairs should be done.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Building seemed very secure, lots of amenities nearby and buses to the city centre. Flat was cosy and warm.

The drain on the sink in the kitchen was broken and leaking. The kitchen was generally old and not in a good state. Being on the main road it was a bit noisy.

It was equipped with coffee,, salt and oil, etc.

The bed was really uncomfortable, it was squaky and mattress is also bad. Whole apartment is old and in need of renovation, both kitchen and bathroom, as well as living room/bedroom.

Good and fast communication with the host.

A lot of revonation needed.

Nice apartment, just what we need for one night. Everything was clean and cozy and Denis was really nice when we met.
