The position

The matress was not leveled / flat. There was too much traffic noise during the night. The quatruple room with external private bathroom, was a bit uncomfortable.

The room did not have a window overlooking the outside but only one overlooking the shaft. The shaft was closed (and in fact the washed sheets were laid out see photo), it did not have an air exchange and you could not open the window for the smell of cooked food coming from the other floors. I did not think it was possible to rent a room without the possibility of air exchange. The price then of 110 euros for this solution is clearly disproportionate For that figure I would have expected much better

Clean & 2 kms from centre.

Parking is difficult, no fan or AC making the room hot & too noisy to have window open due restaurant below. Entry & room doors are noisy & walls have little insulation & you heat voices through them. Bed was also uncomfortable.

Very nice room in a lovely area. Although the room was above a cafe area it was quiet. Close to buses, eateries, and shops. Very clean and comfortable

The bathroom is on the small side but it is manageable.

About 30 mins walk from Camino and seafront.

They allowed us to come later to do our check in, was really easy to comunicate with them

I arrived at 9.30pm, rang the buzzer and got no reply. Called the number and got laughter and they hung up. Stuck in the street in the middle of winter, freezing. Finally, someone answered the phone and told me the reception closes at 9pm. He agreed to come and let me in after I stated I had paid for the reservation already. I pointed out that it does not say anything about closing at 9pm in the Booking.com description. His reply was "do you want the room or not?". Despite this, the room was clean and nice.

Price/quality this is a nice place to stay and visit San Sebastian. It is not in the city centre, but the walk through the neighbourhood towards te city is also worthwhile (by the riverside). Friendly staff lets you in and you're left alone once you're installed. Agreement for parking with parking around the corner is really a plus if you come by car.

A safe would have been nice, but we didn't really miss it. You have some stairs to climb before you're at the lift. (lugage) Nothing else to report ...
