Hotel Palace was a great choice for visiting Vlore and a great price. It’s in the center of the city. It’s a 5 minutes to the beach and the commercial centre of the city. Rooms ar nice , big and comfortable .

Hotel Palace Vlore is a nice Marble decorated 4star Hotel located in the heart of Vlore, Albania, offering modern accommodations and amenities. The hotel features a restaurant, and a bar. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. Overall The Palace was a great choice for visiting Vlore and great price if you're not too lazy to walk 5 minutes to the beach and to the center of the city.

Ebro was amazing ,very clean place and very nice Recepcionist Beri was amazing she helped us with everything.

Everything was fine just the hot holding need to be looked at it

There is no hotel parking, although it was stated otherwise. We had to find one of the very few public parking spots on the main street.

Nice hotel, not exactly 4 star but clean and comfortable

We arrived at 9pm after booking at 7.30pm to be told that they had given our room away (check in says until 23.30) and they wouldn't give us a refund but could give us a suite for an extra 200 euros. Eventually they gave us another guests room and complained that it will be a problem for that guest. Extremely unprofessional and rude

room felt new with crisp sheets and fluffy towels; good location;

-staff not friendly — appeared to be disinterested; - breakfast — nothing I would want to have again; tasteless coffee; croissants appeared to have come from a package; fake juice (contained lots of sugar); there was watermelon and cantaloupe which someone chopped up rather unprofessionally; in general, poor quality selection of food and drinks. I did appreciate the boiled egg.

Very good service in the reception. Very clean. Perfect location. I would definitely stay there again.
