I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, and I am thrilled to share that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast offerings were fantastic. Each morning, I was greeted with a diverse and delicious selection of food that catered to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether I was in the mood for a hearty meal or something lighter, the buffet had it all. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the breakfast team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and comfort. It was evident that great care had been taken to maintain high standards of hygiene and upkeep. The attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities contributed to a restful and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and convenience. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to several individuals who made my stay truly remarkable. Chelsea, Hana, Fahri, Pak Dedi, and Pak Franklin each played a significant role in ensuring that my experience was flawless. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. Noisy due to being next to busy road. Maybe need to see if rooms could be sound-proofed.

nothing go well. I was very disappointed. This is my worse stay in Jakarta

the sink was stuck and I called the reception to fix this issue. To my disgust, there was a living cockroach at the ear piece.
