we love the location and the size of the suite. The staffs are helpful. Easy to buy anything you need at the big mall connected to the hotel.

I requested room decoration for my mom's birthday and also my parents anniversary to the staff the day after we check in. They said they couldn't do my request due to non-party policy but accepted for a simple decortation like animal towel with ballons and greetings card instead. It was a quite memorable experience, and i was so happy and thankful for the great staff services 👍👍

A few days ago we returned from our holiday and we would like to express our gratitude to the whole team. They were all very polite, radiant and made us feel at home. Sanitary measures against COVID-19 were strictly observed. It was one of our best vacations and we would rest here again in the future. Many thanks to Siti Rizkiah, Monika and Ghia at the Rezeption, Pak Batubara and Pak Rizki at the Concierge.

The room was big, and the bed was super comfy. Great view of the area. Got food delivered to the room from restaurants nearby (using gojek). Easy access to the mall in the same building. In house spa.

The elevators were a tiny bit slow. Seems like a lot of the service staff uses the public elevators instead of the service elevator.

Location is attached to a big shopping mall, they have two tennis courts. The staff are quick and responsive. The room is spacious and soundproofed. They also have water dispenser instead of bottled water.

Asked if they have a sauna, the front desk staff said they don’t have it.

Cleaner come in everyday, super helpfull with few issues in the apartment

WIFI dropped a lot during work meetings.
