House is very roomy, very clean and has everything you will ever need . Owners are great to work with and easy to communicate with. I give this location 5 stars

This was our first family vacation. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are talking of returning. The home is set up perfectly for grandparents, kids, grandchildren, and dog.

This property is very clean, cozy, and quiet neighborhood. It’s fully furnished with everything you need to feel right at home. The kids had a blast playing in the creek and we all enjoyed the fire pit. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly. We look forward to our next trip and fingers crossed this property is available when that time comes.

We come to Bryson City every year for our family reunion. This property was perfect for our group and then family was able to come and hang out by the campfire with us from their other cabins. It was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. We will likely book again for next year because there was plenty of room for all of our kids and it was a safe place for them to play.

From start to end, it was a great experience. Location was perfect to hit all the local attractions and still close enough to spend the day in Pigeon Forge one day. It was a fun vacation for the entire family.

Great location! Convenient, and cozy for the whole family! What kind of Bryson city for the Polar Xpress. This house is a perfect location for getting to and from town easily especially with children. It was a great layout for family to accommodate everybody. Definitely will stay again. We brought our grandkids to ride the Polar Express, we loved that the home was so close to town, literally 3-4 minutes. It was cozy and comfortable. Like many other reviewers stated, it reminded us of Grandma's house. We would stay here again!

First off the owners are very attentive! The vac home has everything you could think of for your stay! Plenty of room! The town is perfect and a lot of things to see and do! Highlight was the Polar Express! A must see-also, trout fishing a must! Perfect family get a way! We love our stay and you will too! ❤️

The photos do not do this very homey residence justice. We were SO comfortable here: the beds were comfy, the kitchen/dining area was easy to use (kitchen could use a bit better lighting). The living room was great, but we spent all our time in the dining room, on the beautiful Park trails, or in the charming town of Bryson City.. The home is very close to the Deep Creek trails of the Park. All in all, a very good experience, with a big plus based on their pet friendly attitude.

Such a welcoming home! It felt like visiting my grandparents. Wooden paneling and vintage touches. Everything was just as described and would recommend to anyone. Will stay here again!

This was our second stay here. We love the area. Very quiet neighborhood. Very close to Bryson City and the Deep Creek area within the Smokey Mountain national park. At Deep Creek you can go tubing when the water levels are high enough, and you can hike to 3 beautiful waterfalls. The house has lots of bedrooms and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Owners are very responsive to questions via text. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed in the smell of smoke (or something) in the main living room. The dinginess of the towels and washcloths, tattered bed linens, we found socks in the sofa, water bottle on floor behind table in main living room and cigar under bed. Made us wonder if the home had been cleaned properly. We also did not feel we should have to haul the trash off.

Lovely property on the Deep Creek river. Reminded us of grandma's house. Plenty of space inside and out. Perfect location to easily visit Bryson City and surrounding hikes, attractions and national park.

It was just perfect for our family. It gave us that cabin vibes but with all the comfort of a house!!!

Loved our stay here during our ride on the Polar Express Ride with my grandchildren. Loved the house and location. The house was very roomy and cozy with a big yard where the children could play. My grandsons said they loved the house and they wanted to live there all the time. Owners were very nice and great to work with. Would recommend this property to all my friends and family.

It's a clean house and a great location. You can tube on deep creek, right to the property. Had a lot of things we needed already at the house.

Overall our stay was great! Master bed was super comfy! A couple of quick things to note: guests need to take their trash to the local dump at end of stay so make sure to leave room in your trunk for this. Dump isn’t far, just adds time when trying to get out and back on the road. Some sets of bed linens had tears in them. Overall, the layout was ideal for our large group of two families as we each had our own “wing”. Shirley was great at answering questions and making recommendations, too! It was nice to have a fire pit, lawn chairs, a grill, & two picnic tables available, too. We would definitely stay again if making our way back to Bryson City!

We had a great time here. The house came with everything we needed to be able to cook and have a nice vacation. We would definitely return. My only complaint is that neighbors let their dogs roam around with no leash and I turned around to a big white dog about a dozen feet away from my 3 year old. I had to scare it off but I was very uncomfortable to let my kids go outside after that. I wish the backyard had a fenced in area. Other than that, the place was cute and we had a blast exploring the other side of the Smokie Mountains we've never seen before.

The house was situated in an ideal location. Within an easy drive to town (less than a mile) and the Deep Creek entrance to GSMNP is only about 2 miles where there are a few very nice trails. We did Deep Creek trail on bikes and it had 3 waterfalls and was a beautiful ride along the creek. We also did Lonesome Pine Overlook which was difficult rated straight up 3.5 miles then back down but had amazing views at the top. The house was right on Deep Creek and my boyfriend caught lots of trout on flies but we didn’t keep any. The Tuckasegee River was also down the street. The house had everything we needed and more. We saw lightning bugs in the yard which I hadn’t seen since I was a child. Check out Mountain Layers brewing in town for good beer along with mountain and river views on their top deck.

We all really enjoyed our stay. Communicating with property owner was easy. Our only complaint was it could have been a little cleaner around the windows and under the beds. Especially in these times. Other than that you could not have asked for a better place to stay. You are right on the creek, and they have everything you could ask for as far as lawn equipment. Grill,picnic tables, cornhole, lawn darts, chairs, anything you need to enjoy yourself outside. Most of all, this place is very spacious. We had a disabled child with us. And we were able to get him around in his wheelchair. But I Would not recommend for anyone in a standard orvlarger size wheelchair, doors are narrow. We will be returning .
