The studio meets all of our requirements for a short stay. It is located right by the tram stop and near to coffee shops and other shops. The host was very pleasant and has a small sandwich shop downstairs which is reasonably priced. The studio is a few tram stops from the marina and mosque.

It's at a tram station.

The neighbourhood is not good; at night there are many fights and people shouting. Early morning traffic is hellish until midnight, and it is impossible to sleep because of the noise. Internet is a nightmare. There is no kitchen, but there are pots and pans -_- very useful.... There are no cleaning materials, and no one will clean the apartment during the stay. I stayed for eight days in a very dirty apartment. I had to buy dishwashing liquid, and also a soap because they don't even leave that. They didn't pick up the garbage during my stay, so I had to improvise another bucket with a paper bag (the apartment only has one). It was full of ants, and the windows had no mosquito netting; it was a nightmare. The manager arrives unannounced to disturb several times just to report things he can inform via text message. ACTUALISATION: They (I don't know if was the owner or administrator) sent me hateful messages, after my review, to my personal phone number. Be aware of their bad behaviour. They think that staying in a clean space is a luxury thing.

Nothing, literally nothing

Everything, from bathroom, kitchen and beds are amazing and easy to sleep in, plenty of facilities in the kitchen, big screen tv, but the best of all is the host, Mohamed is great and he really cares about you, he came to pick me up to bus stop, he regulary checks with you if everything is ok, he is just the kindest host I've ever met, many thanks for everything Mohamed.

A clean little kitchenette! The owner was nice and overall, we liked our stay at the property! One of the nicest places i’ve stay at here in Morocco.

The location was fine but being right on a busy street made it a little bit annoying to sleep at night with all the noises outside! But that wasn’t a deal breaker for us!
