Great location a few metres from a nice beach, lockbox to let ourselves in when we arrived, very clean large indoor space including a couch and comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and large fridge.
We had a little trouble getting the shower at the right temperature but pressure was ok.

The house is in a great location and comfortable for a great holiday.

The space was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of extras included such as outdoor seating, washing machine and powder.
Better instructions to find lockbox.

Location and view were perfect.
Washing machine wasn't working properly. Refrigerator was freezing items. Left a message to inform owners in case they were unaware.

Great location. Peaceful. Nice to have full kitchen to be able to self cater. Bed was super comfortable.
Beach in front of house was lovely, good for a snorkel and swim at high tide. Easy walk to beach and marine reserve. A great place to stay! We hired a car.
Resort next door is average for food service!
No wifi/ internet. Brought a sim card at airport.

Die Lage ist super und der Strand ist ein Traum
Es gab nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche und der Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Den nächsten Supermarkt kann man nicht zu Fuß erreichen, man braucht schon einen Roller oder ein bike. In dem Hotel Rarotongan nebenan konnten wir nicht zu Abend essen weil es ausgebucht war. Wir konnten unser Essen aber auf dem Grill zubereiten.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We loved how central it was to everything but so felt so private. It was so great having the beach right out the front, we snorkeled and swam every day! It was also confident have a big resort next door, we could go for cocktails and a swim in the pool which worked perfectly!
It would be useful to have a property book to explain all the inclusions - e.g we didn’t realise until the end that there was all these movies on the hard drive. We also didn’t have wifi, which was fine but would have been good to know! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay! We loved it and will be back.

Absolutely loved this Beach House and access to the lagoon was spot on - it was like having our own personal beach. The place was beautifully clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Beautiful lodging, very clean. I didn't hire a car but easily walked the 25 mins to the very well stocked supermarket a couple of times. Would definitely recommend. It is like having your own private beach

It was perfect for snorkeling, close to car/bike/kayak rentals within walking distance, very private, perfect for a couple.

Beautiful beachfront studio, fabulous quiet beach, excellent facilities and really appreciated the little extras provided (coffee, tea, milk, wash powder etc etc.) which meant we could settle in and jump in the ocean straight way. Really clean, very comfortable bed, had everything we needed for a fantastic 11 night break. We didn't use the cooking facilities but looked to have everything you might need. Loved it and will definitely be back!
If you need a very dark room to sleep then maybe take some eye masks (like the ones you get on planes) as it does get bright quite early. We took some with us and slept very well indeed.

Great little cottage within thirty metres of the beach. The marine reserve is right on the door step. We didn't have the greatest of weather but we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.
The fridge was set too low (food freezing) and the glass on the sliding door could have been given a clean. Maybe some instructions for things like rubbish etc?

When you arrive at the property, go to the balcony, walk up ramp on RHS of house - that's where you need to look.
Bring a usb HDD of your tv/movies for any downtime.

only downfall was there wasn’t any tools to husk/open our fresh coconuts from the trees on the property :-)

This is the perfect place. It was clean, well equipped and great communication. It's so private and the beach is beautiful and felt like a private beach. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended

I loved the privacy, the immediate access to the beach and the excellent vista. The accommodation has everything that is needed for a couple or single person. Swimming was great and loved the almost private beach aspect.

Easy to find, very private. Looking out the window you see a piece of the lagoon that is essentially private. Clean as any place we have rented in Germany. Comfortable bed and plenty of water pressure.
There were two minor problem. Because this is in the tropics the ceiling fan was needed but would not run on the lowest speed and was more air than we needed on speed 2. Also while we did not expect internet, using the instructions provided, and with help from Vodafone we could not get the internet to work.

Great reccomendations, especially the Island Night! Really good location and a few sizes of snorkelling gear and reef shoes available.
Recommendation for the airport transfer/taxi booked was expensive - renting a car for a few days is better value as is probably needed anyway!

We loved the privacy & independence of our own gorgeous little house right on the beach. We snorkeled straight off the beach - really safe & easy at low tide, so many beautiful fish, coral, and even turtles. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And there was a good amount of brochures & information provided about Cook Islands activities.
We adjusted the hot water system which was easy enough. The taxi driver helped us find the key box as it was dark when we arrived - would help to leave an outside light on for arrivals. Had to close all windows at night because of noisy local roosters at 4am!
