Beautifully presented little bungalow villas, located across the road from a great snorkelling beach. Great set up for kids with ability to borrow kayaks, snorkel gear, life jackets and buckets/spades etc. Lovely pool, playground and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the facilities here let it down a bit. We had only cold showers as the gas would cut out after 6ish seconds and the gas cook too wouldn’t get hot enough to cook dinner (was a very slow process). Our toilet seat was also broken and never repaired during our stay. Not many food options within walking distance of the property

the staff were amazing and friendly! great spot for families, had a playground which our baby loved! the layout of the accom was perfect and driving distances from lots of good spots to eat and swim. the breakfast is average, but it’s just what you need because you want to save your meals for eating out anyways!

The villas were a great size, well equipped and clean. Staff were lovely across all areas, breakfast was good and the facilities for kids were great. They have beach toys, snorkeling gear and kayaks for use as well. The beach across the road was good and just a few hundred meters to the Rarotongan beach as well.

The only thing would be the trampoline has no pads or net which wasn't ideal for our little kids. Overall tbere wasnt anything we didn't like.

The villas and the gardens are beautiful. They are really well maintained and spotless. The staff are amazing! they were very helpful and lovely and always happy to answer my non-ending questions. The villas are just across the road from a marine reserve. They have kayaks and snorkelling equipment and a lovely little bar and a pool. I will definitely come back!!!

Spacious villa set in pretty gardens, lovely fresh fruit for breakfast, beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff.

We were very happy with the property. We had to rely on the bus or walk to a restaurant or to the supermarket. Hiring a car or scooter a necessity.

Everything at Lagoon Breeze was amazing, the room was super big, very comfortable, complete kitchen and bathroom really nice. Aircon worked great, also had a fan. The property its immaculate, looks perfect all day long and its absolutely wonderful. The entry to the beach is just crossing the road and with one of the best places to stay and enjoy, lots of corals, sand to relax and a beautiful turquoise sea. The breakfast was way better than expected, huge variety of fruits, bread, jams, pb, juices, coffee, teas, and the staff was lovely. The reception was great, they received us super friendly and helped us with everything. There was snorkeling gear, some shoes and kayaks to use for free. We booked the airport transfer and we were very happy about it, very good service. I can´t recommend enough this place, looking forward to come back soon.

Lovely setting, well maintained grounds, helpful & friendly staff, continental breakfast selection great. Pool was great size & surrounds/BBQ area were relaxing & clean. Happy Hour - good selection in cocktails at good price. Would totally recommend this accommodation to other travellers. A+

Super friendly staff, pool was great, the play area and trampoline was great entertainment for the little one. Good location right across from the beach. Really clean and tidy facilities and the gardens are well looked after. loved having access to kayaks and snorkel gear too!

Our room was at the front so got a lot of the road noise, especially on the Saturday night with lots of people driving past partying. I imagine it is everywhere on the island but the rooster wake up at 5am is brutal haha there was also one day where the neighbouring house starting mowing the lawns at 6am. So a sleep in wasn’t possible.

Great location for beach and snorkeling. Good facilities for kids. We had a two bedroom suite which had a double bed in one room and three singles in the other room. Need a car to get around as food places are not within walking distance except Rarotongan beach resort and lagoonium.

Shower leaked from upstairs. When told about it the man tried to fix but for the last three days of staying there it still leaked from above.

Our air con was broken, and they had to order a part in to fix it which was faced with supply constraints meaning it didn’t get fixed while we were there.

Lagoon Breeze is a lovely resort, just across the road from a beautiful beach which is great for snorkeling.

the smaller rooms have no space due to the extra single bed, would be better without it. Could do with a restaurant, even if it only did burgers and fries.
