The best aspect of this hotel is its excellent service. The staff members are dedicated to ensuring that guests feel comfortable and content. We interacted with at least 3 front desk employees, all of whom possess proficient English-speaking skills and were extremely helpful. The hotel's location is conveniently nearby the 工贸 metro station, with just a 3-minute walk. This makes it highly convenient for reaching downtown and other destinations. Our room was very clean, and the bed provided a comfortable sleep. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome fruit basket, which was a lovely gesture by the hotel.

However, I noticed that the windows in the hotel lack soundproofing, with only ordinary glass, which allowed traffic noise from outside to be audible. Moreover, the walls and doors are quite thin, resulting in some noise leakage from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The breakfast area was very nice and food selection was good. Staff were helpful and gave me information when I needed it.

Most of the rooms and hallways smelled like smoke. The air quality in the room was not good. The room did not smell good when air conditioner was turned on. Room was still not completely quiet because side of hotel faced a busy road.
