We have stayed at Wailea Beach Villas several times and this time certainly did not disappoint. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and responsiveness of the property manager. Wailea Beach Villas is definitely the best place to stay in Maui/Wailea. We will definitely be back!

We always stay in Wailea, but this was our first time at Wailea Beach Villas. The place was amazing. ACCOMODATIONS- Perfect. LOCATION- Perfect, AMENITIES- Perfect.

Wailea Beach Villas is the premier resort for larger groups and families that want the full condo experience. This unit was recently renovated and the results are luxury at its finest. The property manager is fantastic in every way possible - responsive, accommodative, thorough, and always brought a positive attitude to every interaction. Everything about our stay made us feel we were getting the royal treatment at a very fair price. I highly recommend this property and this specific unit for your next trip to paradise.

We had a wonderful time and really love the Wailea Beach Villas and this condo in particular as a great place for a family vacation.

We spurlged for this property but it was well worth it. The family all said the best vacaction ever! Property was beautiful, condo had everything we needed and more and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We usually stay next door at the Grand Wailea. This place will be our GO TO family place. Spacious and well appointed. My wife loved having the shops soooo close.

Such an amazing stay at the Wailea Villa. Villa was luxurious, clean, and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Management was easy to communicate with , & would answer my texts within seconds.

The property is very well kept and the owners very accommodating, would definitely stay again. The real disappointment was that the built in speakers throughout the home no longer work, except for one pair wired to the TV cable box only. dual fridges and grill on the lanai were huge benefits. being in the center allowed for easy access to beaches, hiking, biking and tours.

Wailea Beach Villas is a wonderful property. This unit is spacious but dated. Dishwasher barely works. Couch is horribly uncomfortable. Furniture is very old. TV a are hard to operate as they are older smart TVs with bad UI. One would not turn off with remote. Frankly it needs a remodel. But the location is superb and the staff is great so I would rate it a C plus or B minus. Overall we still had a great time.

This condo and the property were wonderful! We had a great time in Wailea and hope to return in the future. The condo had everything we needed and the finishes were high end. The property was lovely, clean and in an amazing location. We’ll be back :)

Penthouse was great. Fully stocked kitchen appliances. Property is very pretty and very relaxing spot

I am so happy I ended up booking this penthouse in Wailea. It definitely exceeded my expectations. It is very spacious and was perfect for 6 adults. It was clean, well stocked and very quiet. I also loved the lanai which we bbq on a few times as well as just sat and enjoyed the scenery. The penthouse was located in the front of the property which made it so easy to access The Shops of Wailea (the property had its own private entrance), the family pool, the parking garage as well as a 5 minute walk down through the beautiful lush property to access the adult pool and the beach! We did request a ride a few times down to the beach and the staff was more than accommodating and called ahead to have our beach chairs setup. I do want to thank the staff for being so accommodating during our entire stay but especially when my daughter tweaked her knee on the second day at the beach (she already had a torn ACL). She couldn’t stand on or put any pressure on her left leg and the staff brought her an ice pack to ice her knee, they also sent a cart into the adult pool area to pick us up and had a wheel chair ready once we got back to the lobby. They went above and beyond and I am so greatful! My family had an amazing time in Maui and I would definitely stay here again!
