The location was amazing, fine room for the price and amazing place to sit and play with friends on the second floor
We didn't have spare toliet paper or towels and the cleaner didn't add any when she cleaned the room
Also there is no sign to ask not to clean the room or do not disturb

החדר מאד קטן. היה כתוב שיש ארון בגדים ומכונת קפה ואין. ארוחת בוקר טובה אבל צלחות וסכום לא נקיים. אמרתי לאחראית והיא לקחה לשטיפה חוזרת.

Reggelit nem kértem, de a szobában volt Nespresso-gép elegendő kapszulával, így a reggeli kávém kényelme megvolt. A szobán kívül van közösségi helyiség, komplett konyhával, mosógéppel és szárítógéppel felszerelve. Frissítőt, kávét korlátlanul fogyaszthat. Nagyon kellemes, funkcionális terek jellemzik a szállodát, nagyon izraeli, nagyon szerethető! Ha Jeruzsálembe megyek csakis itt fogok megszállni, és minden ismerősömnek szívből ajánlom! Csak maradjanak ilyenek!

pretty much everything I will be back here, given the chance. I also plan to stay longer.
About the manager here; she is super wonderful. Her hospitality knows no bounds. Accepting those who are fleeing from the war zones and hosting Shabbas for them. I can't say enough good about this place.
the internet signal could be boosted a touch in the dorm rooms, but other that that I liked everything.

החדרים - נחמדים ( לקחתי חדר של 4 מיטות
שבסופו של דבר קיבלתי חדר עם 8 מיטות אבל יש לציין
תפוסה מינימלית היה איתי רק עוד אחד בחדר

I was disgusted that you even advertised this appalling location on your site! Our ‘room’ was a cupboard and was not as ordered or advertised. We immediately booked out and have requested a full credit of our cost. I highly recommend you delist this location from Booking.com.
Our room was a cupboard! The double bed was wedged into an alcove just big enough for the bed. The atmosphere was dire. The condition of the whole place was depressing, looking seedy and unappealing - and entirely uninviting.

Great hospitality and very safe. I got stuck here in the israel war with hamas and hotel has very safe underground compartment

We were given a free upgrade. The room was newly renovated snd the location perfect!
The sink was wobbly, no central light on the ceiling. The bathroom mirtor was hanging off the wall and the coffee machine didn't work.

If you are staying in the hostel room good luck getting a bed that has a working electrical outlet to charge your phone. I would say 75% of the outlets in the bunks are not working. I have stayed at this hostel a number of times, and this is an ongoing problem.

Breakfast was nice. Location is convenient for new and old town. I like the fact that kitchen facilities are also available. I enjoyed my Nesspreso too.
We changed the room after first night due to street noise. Air conditioning works super but it’s also a bit noisy.

The breakfast was amazing!! Nice food (whole grain bread, good salads and dips, good coffee), very nice barkeeper woman.
Nice rooms, a little small though, comfortable beds. Good walls (we did not hear noice from other rooms or from outside). Beautiful kitchen, lounge and roof terrace

The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.
The smell of the bathroom and the hallways. Not sure what it was, but it smelled funny to us.

I really liked how the hostel was clean and everybody was friendly. This was my first time in a hostel and I was really afraid of uncleaniness. Everything was well organized. They have a kitchen fully equipped so it was easy to cook and I could also put my food in a container provided. Awesome.
Because the fridge is use by everybody, sometimes it was a real mess. Maybe they could clean it a bit more often. But again, it was well organized - they had sticks and pen prepared to put your name and time of your stay to stick it on your food. Good idea!

For a family of 6 that only come to the room for sleep, it was OK.
The balcony is great, and the kitchen and all facilities were very nice
The breakfast was a little disappointing, our kids were not found something to eat, but for adults it was OK.
