Great location, AC and very comfortable bed.
The shower box is very small, you can barely move inside if you are taller/bigger.

Localisation parfaite à côté de la gare pour l’aéroport et du bus pour Monreale et près du centre ville, tout est possible à pied. Chambre très bien, établissement parfaitement sécurisé, le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner est très convenable pour le prix.

Francesco von der Rezeption war so hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Lage und kostenfreier Parkplatz in Ordnung. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten zur Kathedrale.
Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, ist aber ok. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr mau. Wenig Auswahl, viele Convenienceprodukte, kaum gesunde frische Lebensmittel.

La chambre était très bien équipée, propre et au calme. Très bien situé, très proche du palais des Normands et de la Cathédrale de Palerme.
La climatisation (trop fraîche) ne pouvait pas être réglée donc j’ai dû ouvrir la fenêtre pour qu’elle s’arrête.

great choices for breakfast. There was a staff person at the desk all the time, who could answer questions about how to get to places. There was free public parking juat around the corner from the hotel. We could easily get our bags to our room. Since we arrived at the end of the day, there were plenty of spaces, and it was safe!
Very big room. Camplus is apparently also a college dorm, which was fine for us. Lots of young people around.
It was fine. We were surprised they ran out of pancakes, an hour before breakfast ended, even though they still had pletnty of the other fancier items left.

Top Lage im Stadtzentrum von Palermo. Für zwei Übernachtungen völlig in Ordnung.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und man konnte oft hören, wie Türen anderer Zimmer laut zugeschlagen wurden. Das Bad im Hotelzimmer war nicht ganz funktional, die (sehr enge) Dusche liess sich nicht schliessen und eine Lampe funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr basic. Insgesamt hatte das Hotel mehr "Hostel Atmosphäre".

Kind staff, clean and very modern, possibility for park outside, the room was big.
Shower cabin was too small and could be difficult, coffee of the coffee machine is tasteless.

Very quiet & slept very good! Location was also close to everything and you could walk right in to the center.
The rooms were also very clean, and its smelled fresh.
Wifi was not working very good, and the last night they broke in to our car that was parked at the side of the hotel, but it’s not their fault ofcourse, this could happen anywhere.

Great location and desk is staffed for most of the day.
You are sharing a dorm with students (and maybe staffed by them too?). So you are competing with wi-fi and space with them.

Very good experience, my reservation has been upgraded. Everything was as expected or better. Facilities are very confortable, the breakfast was yummy and with a plenty of choices.
The location was just perfect (near train station, few minutes walk from the the Cathedral.

I have appreciated a lot the kindness of the staff, professional and willing to help, the cleanliness of the room and of the building, the view from the room. They offered me a free upgrade of the room, with a view overlooking San Giovanni degli Eremiti. The bathroom is very well equipped and the bed is big and comfortable. The size of the room is large and there's good climatisation, insonorisation and lighting.
There weren't any locked deposit luggage (anyway surveillance is present). Since the edifice is big, signage is present in the building interior but could be improved (e.g. integrating it on the floor tiles). Overall, the building interiors are minimalist but can appear a bit "cold" aesthetically; considering adding chosen works of art on the walls or common areas could provide an even more welcoming experience.

Camplus Guest Palermo was really lovely - spacious, modern rooms; friendly, helpful staff; and a gym, which was important to us!
Honestly no complaints, just be aware that breakfast is good but simple - eggs and bacon; some fruit; pastries etc.
