The property was a stunning palazzo with a spacious apartment right in the centre of town.

Some of the facilities need maintenance (shower heads) , kitchen facilities are very basic and only suitable for a short stay.

Location was amazing. Right in the heart of the noisy historic district but it was so quiet once inside. Apartment was roomy and has everything you need. Our host Luca was very helpful and and always replied to any questions we had immediately.

We, a family of 3, stayed for 2 nights at Palazzo Mazzarino. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historical center with short distances to everything. Our host was very friendly and helpful, providing answers to our questions. Palazzo Mazzarino is an old historic beautiful building in the heart of the historic center. It appears as a quiet oasis. We will definitely come back to Palermo, and when we do, we will stay at Palazzo Mazzarino.

Excellent location

This apartment is very large and comfortable. It's located in the main area of Palermo on a busy street, which is a lot of fun to explore and convenient for visiting surrounding towns/beaches. The apartment was very clean, and the host was EXCEPTIONAL in his helpfulness. We had never been to Sicily, and he happily answered all of our questions and did his best to assist whenever possible. I would highly recommend this apartment!

This is to be expected in Europe, so really not a negative, but the air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms, could have been better. (DEF not a reason to not stay, but just a thought!).

They did absolutely anything to accommodate us. We were a party of 7 and everyone agreed it was a hidden jem.

The apartment was wonderfull. It is spacious enough and it has everything that one needs if traveling with family. The kitchen was well equiped and there is also a washing machine. The location is 1A, when you come to the street you are in the middle of the buzz and there is just a short walk in all directions to the nice things to see. The host Andrea was very helpfull and always responded very fast to our questions. We felt just like home.

This 3 bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts were very accommodating when we needed to change our arrival time. Luca stayed in touch with us and helped guide us to the parking garage. Throughout the weekend he checked in to make sure we were comfortable. He suggested restaurants and places of interest. The apartment was clean, spacious,comfortable and tastefully decorated. Perfect location on pedestrian roadway with many shops and restaurants. Bustling outside, but quiet inside. Walking distance to historic and interesting sites. We LOVED Palazzo Mazzarino and Luca!

Spacious, clean and well located in an old palazzo. We particularly enjoyed walking through the huge interior courtyard when we came back after being out. the restaurant recommendations were excellent too, especially Bocum.
