Lolo was very friendly and helpful. She helped me with making some calls in Spanish to help reserve my spot for transportation. The rooms were decent and the facilities were clean.

The private room my friend and I shared was fine, with good wifi and AC. The staff were nice.

Just very bare and not much atmosphere at all. You need a staff member to let you in and out of the building each time. The bathrooms are eh.

Isla Francia is like a home away from home! I could've easily stayed there for a month. The beds a have a lot of privacy and the swimming pool is an absolute saviour in the heat.

The staff was very friendly and always open for a chat or for answering your questions. Our bus left late in the night and we were allowed to stay until 11pm to wait for our bus. The pool was cleaned regularly and very comfortable. Would totally recommend this place!

I would only recommend this hostel for people who like cockroaches, decrepit buildings in need of renovation and very poor common spaces, like an outdoor kitchen with no mosquito nets

basically, most things. I will not be returning to this establishment. It falls far short of standards of hospitality, hygeniene and modernity typical in a Latin American capital city

I like the close proximity to bars and to El Centro. It was walking distance. The beds were somewhat comfortable. They have AC.

There were too many mosquitoes! They should close the doors at night to prevent getting bitten by mosquitos. There were not any preventions! Also they need to replace the plug ins for the phone charger because they were loose. I had to use one that was connected to another guys outlet and he went to try to help me out in the middle of the night, waking up the staff, which I told not to. The thing is I understand that it is the staff's problem, but I do not think he should have woke the staff up. The staff did not have to be rude either. They should have been still professional at dealing with customers.

the location is great and the host is absolutely lovely.

Staff was very nice. The location was great for walking to the center around Estrella and Palma. There is a kitchen that you can use to cook some breakfast or food whenever you want.

Comfortable beds with connectors, reading lights and privacy blinds. And great sized lockers. Ample kitchen and common areas and gorgeous back yard. Good location too.

- Location merits warning, the centre around it has become a little run-down, with a few unsavoury types wandering the streets - For this reason you always have to ask to be allowed out of the place and sound the bell and wait to be let in - The mattresses were a little thin, but nothing too bad

The guy there, i dont remember well the name, but he made everything to make me feel confortable. he was so kind. Also i had to wake him up at 6.00am y he had anyproblem to do it. For sure if i have to return i am going to stop there.
