Bagno un po’ da sistemare Doccia e bidet perdono acqua. Soppalco in estate da evitare per il caldo pazzesco

Posizione fantastica, Ci siamo trovati bene , eravamo di passaggio ed è ideale per noi . A me è piaciuta molto , anche perché hai tutto a portata di mano in pochi minuti e questo è fondamentale, ci torneremo di nuovo .

Ovvio si può migliorare sulla cura dei dettagli, o sulla cura del cliente ma credo che sappiano già dove investire.

La posizione è davvero eccellente. A due passi da Piazza del Plesbiscito.

LA tv non funzionava benissimo.

Posizione eccellente in via Chia, a cinque minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana e a pochi minuti da via Toledo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Un po’ decadente e poco curata

Consiglio all' host un sopralluogo prima di consegnare la camera. Nella.ns la TV non era funzionante per una banalità. Ammetto che per noi non era un dramma in quanto della TV poco ci importava

La posizione è ottima, funzionale a visitare tutta la città e comoda ai servizi

This facility should be removed from Bookings.com because of absolute false advertising. We arrived early before check-in- time on the Sunday, paid in full, and where kindly allowed to deposit our luggage in the room whilst it was being cleaned. After occupation on Sunday afternoon I went to the office to report all the missing items as well as the fridge and aircon that was not working. The following items whete advertised, but not available. Tea/ coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee machine, bottle of water, bidet and clothes rack. I was told that these items where removed after Covid and no longer available. I explained that I booked very recently long after covid and these items were still currently listed. My booking was done based on the facilities advertised and the least I expect was some part- refund or discount. This was totally denied and the staff just kept explaining that the facilities had changed and these items were subsequently removed (including the bidet that is a fixture) and that any form of compensation was out of the question. Eventually I got them to agree a replacement fan fridge that was changed on the Monday whilst we were out on excursions, but at least we could use it for the last night of our stay. We really had very litle sleep at night because of the fact that the aircon did not blow cold air. The wifi did not work, exept for a very bad connection for a few minutes initially even though the staff provided us with multiple router options. We could therefore not use the wifi. Altogether this was the worst accomodation experience ever.
