Nothing. Excellent apartment. Location and amazing host

There were so many amenities, from reliable wifi, to multiple full-sized beds, to a washing machine and travel sewing kit, etc. I felt like properly cared for and considered as a vacation guest. The location also felt central and safe. Even the store owners below were able to direct us to the apartment when we were lost at check-in, and the host was available across the hallway and made sure we felt looked after.

The apartment is in a great location. Simona is a very nice and helpful host.

Simona was very professional and friendly. I was communicating with her the entire time we were traveling to Naples. She was helpful in providing information on public transportation from the main train station and met us at the apartment to show us in and discuss the particulars about the apartment. She was always there whenever we had any questions about the apartment, sightseeing opportunities and nearby restaurants. It was a joy practicing my Italian with her (she speaks English too!). The apartment is located in a shopping area. Via Chiaia has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We loved people watching from our balcony. The night life is very lively but the noise level was never a problem and the windows were very effective in diminishing the noise level. This was important since we were travelling with two small children. We were a total of 6 and the three large beds and two bathrooms were perfect for our needs. There is an agreement with a nearby cafe for breakfast. It literally is located next door. The cornetti and other pastries are excellent. The staff were super friendly. We ended up taking most of our afternoon refreshments there in between sightseeing.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is situated on a beautiful busy mainly pedestrianised street. It was great to be able to open the shutters, stand on the balcony and people watch with a coffee. We loved the historic character of the apartment and the area. The apartment is spotlessly clean. It is spacious and comfortable. It certainly has the ‘wow factor ‘. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The location is amazing in the middle of a lively zone for shopping, eating and nightlife also not to far away. We also had close access to the ferry port, tour bus and metro station. Simona is an incredible host and made everything possible to have a lovely Christmas stay in Naples. The apartment is great even when travelling with a larger family. There is much space available.

Just be aware that the apartment is in a pedestrian zone and you will have to walk the last 5 minutes from the taxi drop off.

Great place, fantastically equipped, super flexible top host, top location and fair price... What else could you which for? Highly recommended!
