Estuvo todo bien.

Há um mirante modesto, porém interessante de subir, sobretudo no por do sol. As funcionárias da limpeza foram cordiais e agradáveis. A localização permite o deslocamento ao centro sem muito esforço, algo importante na cidade.

Wi-Fi não funciona na recepção nem no quarto triplo com banheiro (o 4), que sofre com o ruído dos grupos que conversam ao redor até altas horas, na área comum, sem que existam regras de horário de silêncio. Quando chegamos, mesmo após confirmar o horário de checkin (19h), o funcionário desconhecia a reserva, teve dificuldade de achar, ainda foi preparar o quarto e entregou-o sem toalhas, que só chegaram depois. No dia seguinte, pedi ajuda no momento de registrar um chip no celular, pois não estava entendendo o espanhol na fala rápida da funcionária do teleatendimento. Sem nem tentar ajudar, ele disse apenas que era para eu procurar uma loja da operadora. A janela do banheiro tem tamanho, localização e forma inapropriadas, gerando perda de privacidade, o que também ocorre na janela do quarto, cuja cortina não veda-a toda. No verão, o quarto muito fica quente e a hospedagem não tem ventilador a oferecer. Enfim, fomos sem muita expectativa, tentando ser compreensivos com uma estrutura que já se esperava ser simples. Mas o que pareceu foi falta de interesse em tratar bem o turista. Em vez de oferecer a ajuda solicitada, o funcionário queria saber com quem fechamos os passeios.

de nao tem cortina nas camas e falta de recepção 24 hrs. sobre a recepção a pousada oferece uma chave se voce fica mais dias.

Ubicacion, dependencias

Los espacios comunes estaban limpios, el patio tiene una terraza para comer, y 2 hamacas para relajarse. La cocina poseía de todo para cocinar, a excepción del horno que estaba malo. Buena ubicación en relación al precio

Las piezas compartidas no tenían ventiladores o aire acondicionado, en el día eran muy calurosas

Good location, not in the city center, but 5 min walk from it, which made it also a bit more quiet. The courtyard inside is nice and relaxing, you can spend some time relaxing there and even watch the wonderful Atacama sky in the night. The room was ok, comfortable bed, had the basic amenities.

The bathroom, the drain from the toilet goes really slow and it is annoying... Water at the shower gets warm slow and it doesn't last much, but yeah you accept it as you're in Atacama I guess.. still, the drain from the toilet can be much improved.

Very cold, no atmosphere, shower wasn’t too warm. Kitchen was ok but only has 2 seats or you have to sit outside which isn’t good when it’s so cold at night

The staff were really friendly and helpful, helped us booking onto excursions. There was a good selection of excursions and most seemed to be competitively priced with some of the other agencies in town. The garden area was great, lots of places to sit, and a couple of hammocks where we spent a lot of our down time. Good kitchen and good value for money. There are a couple of cats that live in the hostel which were quite entertaining.

It was a bit noisy when we were there, snoring and loud guests at early hours, but that's not really the fault of the hostel. The water, power and WiFi went down a few times whilst we were there, but usually came back on within a few hours. On a couple of occasions there was no hot water.
