The villa was excellent had all the facilities the family required and the kids loved the pool. It was in a very clean and quiet location, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and restuarants. The owner David was very welcoming and always available if needed. It was a great holiday and highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again in the future.

Property interior was spacious and clean. Lots of facilities to use like washing machine, dishwasher etc. Property outside was enclosed, area was spacious with a clean welcoming pool. Host was very accommodating and let us stay to our taxi departure time. Only one minor thing would be the mattresses were rather firm other than that an excellent property to stay at.

The villa is beautiful both inside and out. It was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and flexible. The location was a short walk to La Pineda in one direction and a short walk to Salou centre in the other. Mostly the neighbourhood was quiet. The property was reasonably priced and felt safe and secure. I miss this property already!

Unfortunately the neighbour next door had a cat that meowed for hours early in the morning quite loudly and a dog that sometimes barked loud at night. I would implore owner to speak to that neighbour to let the cat and dog inside quicker. Also very minor things like the sink getting blocked in one of the bedrooms and the shower in downstairs bathroom overflowing quickly. These are very minor though! I only mention to commend the owner’s responsiveness and action orientation.

The size and price of the villa were appropriate, I recommend it for large companies... there is only one double bed.

The villa is asking for repairs not only a good rating... the dishwasher is a total disaster.

Excellent villa with great facilities, very clean and great location, close to all local amenities and only 10 minute taxi journey into the main area of Salou. The owner David was always on the end of the phone if you needed anything! The children absolutely loved it and spent most days in and out the pool which was lovely! Great holiday and highly recommend!

Location is perfect with a few bars and restaurants within five minutes walk and the beach about ten minutes away. The villa is big enough for ten people, and the pool and outside terraces ideal for relaxing and eating out. The owner left us alone, but did touch base a couple of times to see if everything was ok.

One small suggestion would be, maybe a small table and chairs on the master bedroom balcony? It seemed a waste of a good space.

Very quiet location - in residential area. Lots of room, nice outside area, well equipped.

The area around La Pineda is quite hilly & the walk to the nearest supermarket is uphill on way back ( though they do let you borrow one of their basket trolleys!). A good 10-15 walk to beach -again downhill- but a lovely beach though. Walk past some fabulous hotels! Bus stops are also a fair walk - up hill on way out for evening but bonus it’s downhill at the end of your evening👏👏 Saying all this would NOT stop me from either recommending it or not visit again. David was /is lovely - very accommodating - his English is very good too.

Lovely Villa fully equipped with lots of outdoor space, great location close to the beach and La Pineda (10 min walk). Communications with the hosts were easy and any queries dealt with efficiently.

There was nothing to dislike.
