The property was spacious and clean. There was immaculate attention to detail and the space accommodated all our needs including tea and coffee set. It was a gorgeous place to stay and very well located, close to the restaurants and bars.

Chiara was very timely and helpful; the little town is magic and the apartment location is outstanding. no problem with finding the keys, the cafe where breakfast is served, and the internet connection was absolutely fine.

Heating system in the room accidentally didn’t work…It was cold…We always wear down jacket in the room.

What a magical location! Sadly we were only able to stay one night, but it was wonderful and we would have happily stayed longer! Chiara provided great, detailed instructions with photos for easy parking/check-in, and was very timely in all of our communications. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos can capture. And that garden? Amazing!

the balcony was fantastic! Big room and atmosphere was great.

It would be fantastic if breakfast was on the balcony! Needs an air freshener because it smelled like spice from kitchen all over the apartment. Complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator is the least expected from an accommodation like this.

Far far to expensive, cigarette packs from other guests in the bin. You can not print A parking ticket while travelling, so expensive parking. Wrong communication

Breakfast was at a local cafe/bar and was very good.

The only thing we did not like was walking the bridge getting there.. long with some steep parts and very difficult on a person with bad knees. This is not a reflection on the apartment. It is the only way to get to the town, but well worth the walk.

Fantastic! Renovated an old building on the cliff at the edge of Civita's old town with a great sense of architectural design. The old stone space with hundreds of years of history and the modern and sophisticated interior design are in harmony. It is clean and comfortable, with everything I need to stay day and night. Luxurious, calm interior space and breathtaking views from the clifftop terrace. There is an ancient cave under the terrace, and the view from the cave balcony is even more majestic.
