Amazing village, serenity plus....

Nothing really, we went during summertime so was a little hot at night, not enough to dampen the atmosphere.

Lovely B&B in the center of Civita. Charming town with unique atmosphete. Friendly and polite staff. Panoramic terrase where you could have apperitive and breakfast. Shuttle is available for quests during the day time.

As the town is under unesco rules there was a portable air conditioner, that was a little bit noisy and didn’t cool the air so good.

The property was extremely clean, modern and the staff were amazing! The breakfast was super also and we were able to eat it in our private garden.

We just got back from travelling in Italy, German, and Austria for 51 nights. The beds at Acqua di Civita Beauty and Rooms were the absolute best, The AC worked great too. Every interaction we had with the property managers were excellent. We also enjoyed sitting and reading in the garden. I think it is well worth it to spend a night or two here in town as opposed to before the bridge. WIFI worked great.

The room was very nice with a good and detailed decoration. We loved it!! The location was amazing, in the center of the village. It has a beautiful garden with nice views. The room and bed very comfortable. We stayed in the room upstairs. The staff was also very kind with us.

The breakfast was not as expected, we thought it would be in the garden as per the pictures and it was in a coffee shop nearby. Doing the breakfast at the garden would make the experience much better. The a/c was a bit noisy. Its that kind of stand alone machine that it's not integrated in the structure/wall. The parking is a bit far, what is normal as you can not reach the place by car. It's the closest parking available. You have to pay 5euros for the parking. There is also an option for not walking and carry the luggage until the village, but you also have to pay 5euros and it's not available at any time. It's a municipality service.

Acqua di Civita Beauty & Rooms is the perfect place to be if you are travelling Civita by car. Andrea is very friendly and welcoming. Parking and luggage pick up was easy with clear instructions from Andrea. Highly recommend when you want to stay in Civita . The room is so beautiful, clean, comfortable and warm. the breakfast is so delicous and rich. Every thing is perfect well beyond our expectations.

Right in the heart of city. The staff is basically a family who owns the place. They are warm & charming people who really make you feel home. The room was comfortable & had all basics. Breakfast is outsourced to the cafe on main square which makes it even better as you can enjoy the crowdless mornings while having your coffee.

Great location. Was able to check in at 1pm. If we had stayed more than one night, we probably would have used the kitchen. The turn onto their street, even in a Fiat Panda, is tight but doable. If you want to park at the property, make sure you’re driving a small car ( which, come on, this is old Italy- you should only be driving a small car). Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

Everything about the property and the staff was terrific. It really is difficult to put into words how completely wonderful this location is. An incredibly unique spot with a charming room, wonderful sitting area and beautiful bedroom and bathroom. A magical place to stay.

Everything was perfect

When I booked the room I didn't realise that we would be actually staying in the little village of Civita di Bagnoregio...the city in the sky. It was a lovely surprise. The village is beautiful and perfect. There are plenty of restaurants open during the day but you will need to book for dinner as there are only 2 that are open at night. We ate at both and they were both very good.

Well the road into Civita is not great as you have to walk a long way up the hill. We are on an extended stay of Italy so we had quite a bit of luggage that my husband had to drag up the hill as we had missed the deadline for the luggage tractor. My advice, plan your arrival time especially if you have a bit of luggage.

Gorgeous view in their big garden. To visit Civita di Bagnoregio you have to stay in one of the B&B, because majority of the view point is occupied by a hotel. Andrea and Daniela are super helpful. Cars can not drive to the small town, so Andrea guided us closely on parking.

The owners were really nice and informative. Even if our stay was short, they were always available for anything. The place was really clean and have the important things you would need for the stay. TV in room with Netflix included. The room was small but nicely decorated, for the length of our stay was ok. The bathroom was modern and spacious, provided with the amenities kit.

Since the access to the Civita is already difficult, taking things up even more. For this, the structure doesn't have a breakfast room but instead use the service of a coffee bar, which the choices were limited. Nothing that the structure can control unfortunately.

I love the location eventhought you have to walk the long bridge

Acqua di Civita Beauty & Rooms is located in a breathtaking place, rooms are clean and very comfortable and nicely designed and renovated, respecting the style of the village. The private garden in which guests can have breakfast and relax during the day/evening is amazing. Icing on the cake Andrea and Daniela are great hosts, they have looked after us and our stay very carefully, even before our arrival by providing us all the necessary information on how to reach the place and where to park. It has been a real pleasure to stay there and see the passion of two young people in their work. Highly recommended!
